society and establishes power through the introduction of technology. Some critics believe that

Yankee ruined his own vision of bringing the 19th century to the 6th century. As a whole, Morgan s
arrogance and hypocrisy leads to both the growth and eventual collapse of his ideal, utopian
society. Hank Morgan represents a corrupt individual who represses opposing ideologies that go
against his plans for rebuilding society. He shows determination to get what he wants as he makes
change in King Arthurs domain, not letting any opponent stand in his way. Arthur Shattuck O
Keefe takes a close look at Morgan s persistence, causing him to believe that it drives the Yankee
to the point of complete arrogance and desire for absolute rule. O Keefe addresses Morgan s
shift of power in his work, The Morally Imperative Lie in Twain s Connecticut Yankee, stating
that Hank Morgan is a malignant (if not totalitarian) authority figure (O Keefe). It can be
deduced that Morgan uses his power to the highest extent and shows no sympathy as he passes

NHL went into a labour dispute with the National Hockey League Players Union (NHLPA). As

Analytical of Business Tools
The SWOT analyzes shows the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of the NHL
lockout. The whole point of the SWOT analyze is to help out a business in fixing their
weaknesses and pushing with their strengths. They can turn opportunities into strengths for the

organization but have to be careful about the threats shown. In this case the NHL strengths is
that they regained their image by ending the lockout and showed fans that they have the ability
to work out a deal when times got tough. Though this lockout was seen badly to many people,
some see it as an opportunity with rejuvenated fans. Since the lockout lasted for so long many
fans were eager to watch hockey so when it finally comes back tickets sales may be higher
because more fans will want to attend. The next business tool that I used was a profit graph
during the previous lockout and the years before the lockout. This will show the NHL what they
have to fix coming into the end of this lockout. Since there was a great increase in the teams that
lost money after the 2005 lockout, they will have to somehow get more fans to come whether its
from lowering ticket prices or giving deals to fans so they will come to more games. This chart
gives them an overview of how the economy of the NHL was before the previous lockout

Nantahala Lake
Nantahala Lake is located 3000 feet above sea level in the Nantahala National Forest. Its features
include crystal clear water, waterfalls, hiking trails, fishing, lodging, and many more amenities.
The lake is regulated and maintained by Duke Power and it is a major source of hydroelectricity
for the surrounding counties. It was created in 1942 by Nantahala Power to provide electricity
for war efforts. The lake holds 42 miles of shoreline, which makes the waters close to the shore

Demonology is the scientific study of demons and is often a title that man put up to old
fashioned practices of mythology however based on various tomes found throughout history it is
found to be more. The earliest forms of demons or evil spirits have always been around us from
mythological deities such as Pazuzu or Lucifer himself. Such high ranking devils have haunted us
in the dark and kept us awake at night. When such ideas enter our mind we create a demonic
figure who can enter the soul, know our darkest secrets and shake us to our very core.
Like many forms of religions found throughout history we must have balance in life taking the

of mortality. In Greek legend, Zeus, knowing that an immortal son of a powerful goddess like

The Blanding turtle are freshwater medium sized turtle usually found in The Great Lakes
