 LONG CURING CYCLE
 Heat the flask in water at 60-70˚C for 9
hours.
 SHORT CURING CYCLE
 Heat the flask at 65˚C for 90 minutes and
then boil for 1 hour.
DE-FLASKING
FINISHING AND POLISHING
Any flash or stone or acrylic
nodules should be removed and
the cameo (non-tissue) surface
of the denture should be
polished.
Care should be taken to save
the border extensions and the
contour.
Frenum should be relieved.
Acrylic burs and sand paper 
finishing.
Buffing with pumice  polishing.
