Fashionā€™s New Hybrid - The Stocking-Jean
J Brand has introduced The stocking-jean.As the
name describes, The stocking-jean has the
appearance of denim but fits like a stocking,
forever blurring the already-abused line between
ā€œpantsā€ and ā€œnot pants.ā€
The stocking-jean combines the "ultra-softness
of hosiery with the texture of true denim
character." Made with a nylon-fill denim and
hosiery construction, they promise to be super
lightweight and to "effortlessly sculpt your legs
for a flattering fit." In other words, these babies
feel and fit like a stocking but look like a jean.
The stocking-jean seem infinitely better than the
jegging and look like a normal, substantial pair of
jeans with no see-through funny business.
Unlike the legging-jean, these denim pretenders
have real pockets and a non-elastic waistband.
The various stocking-jean styles can be checked
out at J Brand and are priced between $279 and
$315.

Made with a nylon-fill denim and hosiery construction, they promise to be super lightweight and to "effortlessly sculpt your legs for a flattering fit." In other words, these babies feel and fit like a stocking but look like a jean. The stocking-jean seem infinitely better than the jegging and look like a normal, substantial pair of jeans with no see-through funny business. Unlike the legging-jean, these denim pretenders have real pockets and a non-elastic waistband. The various stocking-jean styles can be checked out at J Brand and are priced between $279 and $315.
