I want to become successful man in my life .
5. Who is your ideal? Explain one incident of your ideal which has inspired you a
lot?
Sh. Gopal Kanda Home minister of Haryana state. He is self made man n started
his real estate business with low scale n now owner of MDLR airlines, MDLR
groups of companies and many successful stories are there.
6. Looking at the education in today, higher education has become mandatory. On
the contrary we have industrialist like Mr. Karsanbhai Patel and Mr. Dhirubhai
Ambani, who are not even a graduate but are triumphant in business world. From
this give your views on the following statement: “Higher education is necessary to
become successful in life.”
Reliance was not built in a day. It took a decade of efforts with millions of rupees
and thousands of employees. It requires an individual to proceed and a team to
succeed. Higher education not only imparts academic knowledge, but provides
tons of experience, in form of case studies, of these eminent gentlemen.
Moreover, today’s competitive market demands expertise, which is only possible
through higher studies.
7. On the hand, India is recognized as one of the fastest developing countries in the
world whereas on the other hand we have lots of socio-political issues like japan
or Canada, what should be the plan of action of the government? Give your
suggestions to solve the above issues.
Unemployment arises from lack of literacy; illiteracy arises from lack of
awareness and finance. Pollution is caused by people and population growth is
not in the hands of government. In order to solve these so called issues, the
people should change than changing the government.
8. According to you who are the better leader? Mahatma Gandhi or Sardar
Vallabhbhai patel?why?
Both of them are different personalities we cannot compare them as their ways
were different but motive was same.
9. What are the unique features of its marketing practice
10.Why we had ‘bharat-band’on Thursday, 31 May 2012? Do you think such bandhs
justified?
The bharat bandh on may 31,was not justified it was huge amount of loss of
country. The maximum loss is faced by the common people. Bharat bandh in
itself being seen as a show-of-strenghth exercise for key National Democratic
Alliance parties – the Bjp, shiv sena and the republic party of india, primarily –
may knock the city off its feet if the bandh supporters disrupt Mumbai’s transport

HISTORY
The year 1930 waswhen theworld suffered the great depression.
Companiesacrossthe globe beganclosing down. In UK and in India, the
textileindustryin particular wasintrouble. At about thistime, Mahatma
Gandhi championed theSwadeshi Movement and at his call, people from
all acrossIndia beganboycotting fineand superfinefabrics, which had so
far been imported from England. In the midst of this depressionone family
saw opportunity. TheLalbhaisreasoned that the demand for fine and
superfinefabricsstill existed. And any Indian companythat met this
demand would surely prosper. The threebrothers, Kasturbhai,
Narottambhaiand Chimanbhai, decided toset up a mill to produce
superfinefabric. Next theylooked around for state-of-the-art machinery
that could producesuch high qualityfabric. Their search ended in England.
The best technology of that timewasacquired at a most attractiveprice.
And a companycalled Arvind Limited wasborn.
Management
The top line of the company grew by 14% as compared to the
corresponding quarter in previous financial year. The top line growth is
achieved on back of higher volume of denim sales and better performance
by the garment operations of the company. The company has also shown a
7% growth in turnover compared to immediately preceding quarter.
Bottom line of the companycontinues to be affected by very high raw
material and energy cost. Accordinglythe operating margin of the company
is lower by 2% compared to the corresponding quarter previous financial
year.
During the current quarter the DEPB benefits on exports were slashed by
almost 45% , this has had an impact on the current quarter earning to an
limited extent and will have negative impact on the future earnings too.
