For my cultural encounter, I attended the Des Moines Art Center. It was the first
art center that I had ever been to before so I wasn t sure what to expect from it.
Going to an art center didn t seem like the most entertaining experience for me, but

many paints and drawings. Most of the paints seemed to be oil paintings of some

center due to the weather, but from what I saw out the windows it all looked very

My childhood is full of many fond memories. When I think back to some of the
earliest times, I can only remember tiny sparks and flickers of certain moments.
