MANAGEMENT
– Planning is a significant function in terms of
performance. It directs all the preparation that
allows the organization to run effortlessly. It
engages mapping out exactly specific objectives and
determining the most valuable course of action
required to achieve those objectives. Planning
involves flexibility and the outcome is a strategy.

required human and physical resources are on hand
to execute a plan and attain organizational goals
and objectives. It engages the assignment of
activities, division of work into definite jobs and
tasks and identification of who has the authority to
carry out certain tasks.

12. – Staffing requires selecting people with the right
skills, knowledge, and abilities to fill in that
structure. Its major purpose is to employ the right
people for the right jobs. Staffing function includes
recruitment, training and development,
performance appraisals, promotion and transfers.

guiding and encouraging people in the organization
to achieve of its goals and objectives in a timely
manner. A good leader inspires employees,
heightens morale and promotes effective
communication amongst employees.

certain that the plans stay on track. It involves
comparing actual performance to planned
performance, guaranteeing all are operating
