Job responsibilities as Team Lead Supply chain:
 Create an environment oriented to trust, open communication, creative thinking, and
cohesive team effort.
 Coach and help develop team members; help resolve dysfunctional behavior.
 Assure that the team members have the necessary education and training to effectively
participate on the team.
 Coordinate with internal and external customers as necessary.
 Familiarize the team with the customer needs, specifications, design targets, the
development process, design standards, techniques and tools to support task
performance
 Serve as meeting manager.
 Ensure deliverables are prepared to satisfy the project requirements, cost and schedule.

 Handling PAN INDIA Reverse pick-up & Refunds team to ensure more than 90% of
requests are properly co-ordinate during the pick-up to refund of the reverse shipment
request with our Reverse logistics partners and our owned fulfillment center.
 Working closely with in-house CRM development team to ensure proper flow of
communication from end users to concerned department to end users to boost customer
experience.
 Working Closely with Market Place team to ensure sourcing with in the promise SLA as
well as keeping follow up with fulfillment center for instant dispatch.
 Responsible for Reconciliation and billing for out sourced reverse shipment partner.
Job responsibilities as Team Lead OFT:
 Management of Operational tasks and processes in Jodhpur Fulfillment hub.
 Maintaining Stock Receipts, order processing, drop ship order processing, , shipping &
dispatch, returns and bulk shipments
 Managing the allocation and delegation of tasks and duties within the team
 Develop and enhance the current methodology the team will use to reach its goals.
 Provide training for the team where required. Ensure the training provided is being put
into use correctly and identify gaps where additional training maybe required.
 Communicating and Listening will be core people management skills in this role.
 Responsible for resolution of Customer Service issues and other interdepartmental
issues regarding Fulfillment
 Dealing with escalations and Ad Hoc Requests from other departments and Clients
 Responsible for Inventory Control; Stock Counts, Adjustments and reporting
