may authorize the non-exclusive authority to negotiate for the sale of the following

By accepting this agreement, you hereby commit to use all your sales effort
towards effecting the sale of property and shall register with me the names of your
prospective purchase(s) during the period covered by this Authority.
It is further understood that if the said property is sold to a purchaser whom you
have registered in writing with me during the period of your authority, you will be
entitled to the same commission if the sale is consummated within ______from the
