Project Coordinator/Commercial Support JULY 2014 TO Present
Assistant Contracts Engineer cum Coordinator- Negotiating the terms and conditions in contracts and ensuring compliance with
the terms and conditions, as well as documentations, project execution and including Invoicing.
Duties and Responsibilities:
 Providing a full range of administrative, clerical and office support.
 Receipt the LPO/Contract/Agreement, cross check it with the Quotation, enquiry in terms of te chnical, commercial and delivery
of the project along with the payment terms with approval of the Finance Manager.
 Responsible for the coordination and execution of the project from the design till handover and completion.
 Liaison with contractor /client for the technical meeting including any clarifications before issuing Job Card, coordinating with
the Project Engineer for the site measurement verifications to be submitted to drafting department for drawing preparation to
be given to production.
 For any Variations – coordinates with clients and finalize the subject matter of variations and advise the commercial
department for sending the revised quotations.
 Prepare the request for Delivery, Invoice and Installation along with its full and proper details of supply/invoice and advise it

 Collect the Job Completion/Commissioning Certificate from Project Engineer after the installation / commissioning of work
 Follow up the payment certificate and ensure to receive it on time.

 Preparations of all documentation required for Annual Maintenance Contract projects, and all closed out documents for
