This document provides specifications for a display screen including a 19-inch LCD with 1024x768 resolution and 32-bit color. It has an Intel P4 2.4GHz processor as its core platform and uses a 51-core MCU processor as the lower-level control unit. Key measurement capabilities include withstanding over 2500V for 1 minute, 16-bit accuracy for DC voltage/current readings, sampling rates up to 100kS for regulators and 100MS for impulse tests, and storage of 1M impulse measurements. It also has 16 digital inputs and 16 outputs for the lower processor.
