2. ROLE – Project Manager
PROJECT TEAM – GSOA (tools), IT
STAKEHOLDERS – Clients, respective SDMs, Project Sponsor, Project Board
VENDOR – Data Centre Vendors, ISPs
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Budget Analysis.
• Liaise and coordinate with key stakeholders of the project to ensure all
deliverables met to schedule.
• Ensuring tasks moving forward keeping key stakeholders and Directors in the
loop.
• Managing the expectations and commitment levels of all stake holders. Ensuring
all stake holders are communicated effectively and regularly.
• Identifying and managing risks and issues. Flagging concerns in a timely manner
• Providing periodic project status updates to key stakeholders. Conducting
periodic reviews and monitor deadlines and deliverables. Following-up on
pending action points.
• Creating project plan, logs, reports, minutes of meetings/reviews.
• Managing all external SDMs effectively tracking deliverables and deadlines.
• Defining dependencies for project deliverables and deadlines, determine
resources required, effectively manage and control change. Have contingency
plans in place.
• Completing entire project within allocated budget.
