What Factors Can Be Considered When Conducting Forensic...
What important factors need to be considered when conducting forensic science?
What is a crime scene? What is forensic science and how is it conducted? What factors can impact
evidence and what procedures have to be taken to stop this from happening? What factors have to
be taken into account when conducting forensic science and why? How will not doing this impact a
court verdict? In my assignment I hope to answer these questions.
A crime scene is not necessarily the location of a crime, it can be where the planning took place,
where the body is found and where the evidence is found. The crime scene can be as small as a bite
mark or as large as a geographical location. There are two types of crime scene; primary and
secondary. The... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
First of all, the crime scene has to be cordoned off from the public, this consists of two types of
cordoning; inner and outer. Inner cordoning is where the main forensic examination takes place
whereas the outer cordoning is used to prevent the public from entering. Cordoning is important
as it keeps the public out of the crime scene, so that evidence cannot get tampered with or
contaminated, tents are also put over crime scenes which are outside to avoid people and press
looking in on the crime scene and protect evidence from the weather elements and animals which
may accidently tamper with evidence. Without cordoning the forensic officers wouldn t have any
privacy from the public which could interfere and contaminate evidence. Once the crime scene is
cordoned off, a common approach path is established, whereby stepping stones are placed to
prevent cross contamination. This is important to establish a common approach path because
without one evidence could become contaminated or destroyed for example if a forensic officer
accidently stood on a footprint or a patch of blood, therefore spreading the blood around the crime
scene, making it harder for a hypothesis to be established.
The forensic investigators wear protective clothing and shoe covers to prevent cross
contamination, they also have their own DNA on the data base to eliminate their DNA from the
suspects if it did get on the crime scene. The national data base was established in 1995, which

Why GPR Is Important
Bones can tell us a lot, these pieces of hard, whitish tissue makes up the skeleton in humans and
other vertebrates. Without these strong pieces of tissue, we would be able to have the body
structure or move in many different ways, or let alone have the protection we need for our
internal organs. Bones are important when it comes to the structure of human beings and
vertebrates. What happens to these bones when it is time for humans to die? They become buried
deep within the earth. The earth was literally filled with bones, evidently hastily place there or
left where the dead fell. (Archeological Expedition to Arizona in 1895 by Jesse Walter Fewkes). If
there could be bones under the ground, we walk on how are we able to extract such items... Show

When using GPR it is unable to identify any underground utilities that the user many come
across. Such as determining if the piping that is found is gas, or water, this can become
dangerous because you would have to limit the area of where you dig and to make sure you are
not damaging a line that has been detected. Even though these measurements can be increased
your typical GPR can penetrate the depth of concrete surfaces form 18 24. Other surfaces such
as grass can range from a penetration of 6 10. This can pose a challenge because, the evidence or
what is being extracted can be buried deeper than the limit of the GPR which can cause an
Undiscovery of evidence or also a danger to extractors who are unaware of what they can be
digging into below. Another disadvantage that GPR has is, this is an expensive tool you would
not be able to go out and find this at your local Wal Mart let alone at a cheap price for a good one,
you are going to spend some money to have a good and accurate GPR tester. GPR also requires
experience before operating, it was stated it should take up to 3 days depending on the pace that
you learn, to be able to operate a GPR system. Unless you are familiar with the tool, you are
going to need proper training on how to operate this system. This can serve a problem to an
anthropology group and or law enforcement because if this tool is needed to extract evidence
someone who as the proper training and knowledge of this tool has to be present in order for the
discovery to be properly extracted. Another disadvantage that I was able to discovery is that most
GPR tools require the ground to be a leveled out surface. Without the surface being properly
leveled out this can cause a un detection of evidence or whatever is trying to be detected below,
this can also give off a misread in that particular

Analysis Of The Mccord Museum Of Canadian History
Canada is a multicultural nation whose population was vastly built through the immigration of
peoples from around the world. The McCord Museum of Canadian History explores Canada s
multiculturalism through several exhibits. The museum was brought to life by David Ross
McCord who wished to shed light on the history and cultures of his country and thus bring its
people together. The Museum features several exhibits which are physically available at the
museum, and some of which are available online. One of the online exhibits entitled Being Irish O
Quebecexplores the impact in which Irish culture has had on the province of Quebec from past to
present. Many years ago, Irish people departed from their home country to escape difficult times
and find a bright future in Canada. Many of the Irish immigrants settled into the colony of New
France, which is now known as the Canadian province Quebec. The Being Irish O Quebec Exhibit
at McCord Museum pushes the idea that the Irish are one of the most significant ethnic groups in
Quebec, both in the way of numbers and historical impact. The Exhibit depicts Irish immigration to
Quebec using artifacts and images. These artifacts and images as well as the information that comes
along with them demonstrate the struggles and successes of the Irish peoples at this time. The
Being Irish O Quebec Exhibit s main argument is that the Irish had a major contribution to Quebec
s identity as a province. The Exhibit claims that the Irish are

Donald Trump As A Machiavellian Leader
Niccolo Machiavelli published his famous book The Prince in 1513, which is considered as a
handbook for leaders. The Prince explains to the reader(s) how to acquire and maintain political
authority. According to Machiavelli, an ideal leader, is a person who is attentive of the men
around him, believes the end justifies the means, and destroys disloyalty by trickery or falsifying
his purpose. Many leaders throughout history have showed one or many traits that Machiavelli
stated in his work. Therefore, Donald Trump, would fall under the category of a Machiavellian
leader. Donald Trump before he became the 45th president, his famous campaign motto Make
America Great Again caught the attention of many Americans, but mostly by white Americans.
Trump s tactics made him a very clever man throughout the election, he had many techniques on
how to gain the American vote. Throughout his campaign, he was attentive of the men around
him. For example, Trump knew exactly what to say to get the attention of the American people.
He already had in mind who he was going to pick in position for foreign policy, national security,
and defense ( Donald Trump is the ultimate Machiavellian prince ). With this intention, he brought
comfort to Americans, yet the people he was going to pick for these positions all have a common
trait, which was all of them are specialist in the Middle East and Russia. Not only, was Trump
attentive of America, yet he kept in mind how it was going to affect

Problems Of The Transcontinental Railroad

Transcontinental Railroad
Transcontinental is going across a continent, and transcontinental railroads are the means that are
used to go across continents from Eastern to the Western part of United States. The Union Pacific
railroad offered railroad transport from New York on the Atlantic Coast, all the way to California,
on the Pacific Coast of United States. The project of the railroad terminated in 1869, which was
pioneered by two companies, which were Union Pacific and Central Pacific, built the railroad from
east and west, and they met at Utah. Central Pacific laborers mainly consisted of the Chinese, while
those in Union Pacific were mainly Irish. Both companies gave their workers harsh working
conditions. The railroad made a major impact on transcontinental transportation but was faced by
some dangers and difficulties.
Overland route, which was previously referred to as Pacific railroad is 3500 miles long. The main
funder of the railroad was the US government through the offering of higher loans and bonds
(Healey 460). Also, the government offered land grants for usage in the construction. 1830 was the
first time that a locomotive set off in the railroads, and that sparked the development of the rail
network in the country.
A bill was set, which was supposed to guide the construction of the railroad. Central Pacific
Railroad was supposed to start the construction in Sacramento and push towards the

Lyrd Skynyrd s Song Freebird
A song that had created its sound before its song, Freebird by Lynyrd Skynyrd was officially
produced in 1973, and much to the record label s surprise, Freebird, was a hit, along with the
bands first album Leh nerd Skin nerd a title chosen because the band members knew the public
would struggle to pronounce the name of the band. Lynyrd Skynyrd has a ritual of using this
song as a closing for each and every show they do, this is thought to be a dedication to the
original singer of the band and song Ronnie Van Zont, who died in a plane crash just four years
after the song was released, when his brother Jonny took his place as lead singer in the band, he
was unable to sing along to the song at concerts, so the band would play and the crowd... Show

The intriguing thing about this poem is it s use of the imagery of a bird, the first line is the
audience being addressed as little bird something that could easily be a childhood nickname, Fly
away little bird / Fly away to a better place / Where you will soar through the sky / In the wide
open space This is a simple verse of the author imploring the little bird to fly freely, nothing
different until paired with the second verse Fly away to live out all your hopes and dreams
/ Enter the real world / Of wondrous things / Through the dark clouds and over the rainbows
Using the mirroring words of hopes and dreams and dark clouds and over the rainbows creates
the thoughts of highs and loves and everything in between, a common happening in the real
world , which is usually used in regards of a child growing up and becoming up and creating a
life for themselves. This is defined even more in the next three lines; Fly away to destinations
unknown / Fly away to discover yourself / And embrace what you find these lines emphasise the
thought of growing up and moving on in life, but the use of embrace encourages the little bird to
not be afraid of change or transforming themselves, instead to welcome the difference and

Students Moving Into College
Moving into college is a major transition in a student s life and it can bring about a lot of life
stressors. Moving in and adjusting to the college lifestyle can be more difficult for some than
others, but regardless there is a lot more freedom for students to make their own choices and do
as they please. In some cases, students do not necessarily know what to do with this new freedom
and can fall into a variety of habits that range from positive to negative such as studying,
exercising, partying, or drug use. Research has supported that certain lifestyles, specifically drug
use and stress, can have significant effects on how well one performs academically. For example,
researchers found that stress had a negative effect on academic performance

General Marion a Revolutionary Tactician During the Revolutionary War
During the revolutionary war American military officers had to evolve their tactics in order to out
maneuver the large British forces to win the war. General Francis Marion would become known as
one of the more famous revolutionist of his time. Taxes imposed by the Crown were enacted to
recoup expenditures from the French and Indian War, but the American colonist despised the
British authorities for their heavy handed tactics (Savas Dameron, 2006). Within the three years
prior to revolution, the British government imposed the Sugar Act, Currency Act, and Quartering
Act upon the American colonists. The Massachusetts House of Representatives denounced further

Most of the Cherokee nation of an estimated 10,000 people favored the British. However, there was
a segment of the population that held the French in higher regard. This was based primarily on their
trade relations and the fact that the British had established four settlements deep in Cherokee
hunting grounds. The tensions between the British and Cherokee were further inflamed by an
accidental massacre when a group of Cherokee warriors were mistaken for those of another tribe. A
call went out for British reinforcements and the desire for South Carolina to send its own militia. It
was in this militia that Lieutenant Marion now served.
As Cherokee Warriors lay in ambush along a narrow pass Lieutenant Marion s South Carolina
Ranger Company was chosen to lead the way. Marion s unite was moving north when met by a
force of approximately a thousand Cherokees. His unit took severe casualties but cleared a way for
the main force to continue its advance.
The French and Indian War had done several important things. It cleared the French from North
America, establishing the British Empire. It trained colonist in the ways of war by teaching them
how to fight for a unified cause, and it created the circumstance that would spark the American
Revolution. The actions of the British following the war including taxation to pay for the war, the
quartering of troops, restrictions on trade

December to February, but autumn season is windy and Dubai has a huge desert, so if you want

Organizational Change Issues
The acquisition and post acquisition period for Mt. Mercy Hospital/Sister Mary Theresa s purchase
of Abbott Hospital experienced several organizational change issues. Within Dr. Belasen s corporate
communications model CVFCC, several quadrants became compromised. During the acquisition
period, conflict arose within the realm of Investor Relations and Government Relations. Conflict
continued to arise after the acquisition specifically within the quadrant of Employee Relations.

problem in moving forward with the acquisition.
Part 2:
Employee Relations: As could have been projected by the public s negative perception, Sister Mary
Theresa s style of leadership was not well received by many employees at Abbott Hospital. Despite
warnings from Dr. John Coletti (Abbott administrator under MEDICO), Sister Mary Theresa
implanted her authoritative managerial style into the new satellite hospital. First, she requested all
Abbott staff members to be interviewed by Mt. Mercy personnel. They were given a three month
probationary period (at the end of which permanent appointment could be discussed). Also, both
staffs were informed they could be transferred between hospitals at administrative discretion. Sister
Mary Theresa stuck to her bureaucratic plan causing Dr. John Coletti to resign.
The early results: Revenues from Abbott hospital ran about 15 20 percent below projected levels.
Revenues from surgery/patient care days declined 62 percent. Employee morale was down and the
many regional doctors were beginning to send patients in another direction for hospital care.

Anselms Ontological Argument For The Existence Of God Summary
In Anselm s ontological argument of the existence of God, Anselm s goal is to prove the existence
of God by purely logical truths and reasoning (that is, his argument only contains A Priori
knowledge). A summary of Anselm s argument is that, because God exists in understanding, and
that God is the supreme being, and that real things are greater than things only existing in
understanding, then God must exist in understanding. A formal, numbered argument follows: The
next second and third premises are not directly stated, but Anselm uses an argument which deserves
special attention to assert the premise is sound. Anselm claims, that for someone to have the
capacity to argue against this argument, then person must understand the definition

serious failures from all care providers in ensuring safe and adequate care and safeguarding of
the individuals involved. The serious failures and issues range from a lack of communication and

and acceptance of responsibility in both cases. Winterbourne View: Winterbourne View, a private

Leadership And Organizational Performance Of An Organization
GLOBAL LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENTS
There is always a very strong relationship between leadership and organizational performance of an
organization. Organizations are therefore on a continuous process to equip its leaders with the
relevant skills to tackle the ever changing trends in the business world. Being aware of the major
international trends in business helps leaders to take advantage of the ones that will favor a
company on global markets. These markets evolve rapidly and hence they encourage competition of
companies worldwide. This is done through the introduction of programs that are geared towards
the transformation of their leaders in order to yield maximum profits. The commonest global trends
in business today are globalization and d technology.
Globalization
This is the act of developing an integrated system in the global economy that is characterized by
free trade, free flow of capital as well as the tapping of businesses into cheaper markets
internationally. Leaders should therefore be conversant with these trends in order to tap into the
international trends and be part of it. The globalization aspect is important in a business in many
ways that include but not limited to.
Free trade
This enables countries to exchange good amongst themselves. Businesses as well through proper
leadership strategies can be able to specialize in the production of goods and services at low
opportunity costs. It s therefor important that business leaders to identify these

The Deaths Of Women During Ciudad Juarez
In general those who live in Ciudad Juarez know about the recurring murders over the past
decade involving women. Despite of that there are still millions that are oblivious to this
occurring or choose to ignore it. It also gets less talked about comparing to other issues occurring
around the world. Those who choose to talk about the subject eventually give up because they
saw no immediate results or any progress at all. As stated before some chose to ignore the issue
because they felt it was the easy way out and had fear of their own lives as well. Especially, the
residents of Ciudad Juarez were in fear to speak of it because they felt they would put their lives
endangered. However, to truly understand the severity and seriousness of this subject like many
other issues you need to have some idea of how and why it started and the history or facts
surrounding the issue. That is why the main focus is finding the factors that may have contributed
to the recurring murders of women in Ciudad Juarez. Moreover, the effects of the murders on the
victim families, the public in general, and the city. Also finding if there were any motives behind
the murders of the women. Lastly, finding if there are any solutions for the murders to come to an
end, any way to deter people from doing it, and has there been something done in the past decade

After reading a number of articles, and attending the Picking Cotton lecture. I have come to the
conclusion that, without the breakthrough of DNA extraction technology. Many people would still
be convicted of a crime they never committed. One of the biggest pushes for this change in the
judicial system, was the Thompson Vs. Cotton case. Ronald Cotton was accused of raping twenty
two year old college student, Jennifer Thompson. During a lecture at Ferris State University,
Thompson recalled thinking over and over again that once I [survive] and live, I will make sure
that I know everything about you [...] to help the police find you . Little did she know, the man that

In Eller s book of Cultural Anthropology, he notes that Anthony Wallace says that Revitalization
Movements are conscious, deliberate, and organized efforts on the part of some member(s) of a
society to create a new better, and more satisfying culture (Eller). People were beginning to realize
how out of date the judiciary system was, and were beginning to be skeptical on how accurate it
really was.
It is a horrifying idea to think that so many people were accused and locked up in prison. They
were average people who had families, friends, and jobs, and were taken away from them and they
don t even know why. Ronald Cotton was only twenty two, when he walked into the police station
to clear his name of any misidentification he may have had. What he didn t know was that was the
last time he would have freedom.
Eleven years was taken from him because of a poor system that relied on the human brain s
capability to recall memory. If the human brain cannot instantly recall a memory the odds of
having a correct recall drops dramatically. This is because the brain begins to piece faulty items
into the memory. This makes it seem so real, that it had to be what the person thought they saw.
Improvements are slowly beginning to make their way to the judiciary system. With these strides
toward new developments and strategies, the police can help reduce any more incidents like the

The Natural Disasters Of San Francisco
There are so many natural disasters throughout the world that happen every day; some worse than
others. The 1906 San Francisco earthquake would be one of the worse disasters. Many people were
killed and wounded on that day. Although the earthquake lasted less than a minute, it still caused
the worst natural disaster in the country s history. The California earthquakeis known to be one of
the most remarkable earthquakes of all time.
San Francisco is known to be the Paris of America . It was very popular in industry and culture at
the time. San Francisco had about 410,000 locals and kept gaining more and more rapidly. The day
before the devastating and terrifying event, everyone was going on throughout the day like they
normally would. No one was expecting what was about to happen that next morning.
The next morning at 5:12 a.m., on April 18, 1906 an enormous earthquake shook San Francisco.
It was an estimate of 7.8 8.3 on the Richter scale. Although only lasting about 40 60 seconds, it
destroyed many homes and businesses and killed numerous people. Many were left homeless,
without a place to go. Out of the 410,000 people who lived in San Francisco, about 300,000
people were without a home and around 3,000 people lost their lives throughout the state of
California. The earthquake was devastating. The survivors had to sleep in tents and wait in long
lines for food.
The earthquake also started fires that burned for three days. Within just a few hours 52 fires had
started.

Some issues addressed by the Beats were spiritual and sexual liberation, legalizing certain drugs,
environmental awareness, opposition to harmful industrialization, and the promotion of peace.
Among the Beats hoping to encourage change through their work were authors Jack Kerouac,
Allen Ginsberg, William Burroughs, Neal Cassady, and Gregory Corso. Writers, such as the
above stated, moved away from the standard structured style of writing and went toward
spontaneous and unadulterated prose. This style of writing allowed the true, underlying
thoughts to come out instead of the supposed to s and the I shouldn t have s . Through their
works as well as the works of others, a transition came into effect for American society...from war
and unrest to peace and freedom to do whatever floats your boat. In his novel, On the Road, Jack
Kerouac speaks of his own experiences as a writer on the road during the Beat Generation. He
basically gives the reader the true essence of the Beat life...on the road, going any way the wind
blows. For example, he writes: Filled with dreams of what I d do in Chicago, in Denver, and then
finally in San Fran... I started hitching up the thing. Five scattered rides took me to the desired
Bear Mountain Bridge, where Route 6 arched in from New England. Basically, this shows the
freedom and fearlessness in the attitude of a Beat writer. In general, the Beat attitude had a huge
impact on American society. Their free spirited demeanor sparked

Lighting and Themes in 127 Hours
There are plenty of films based on a true story and various ways to use lighting as a part of Mise
en ScГ©ne to make all of those films seem more realistic or in sometimes unrealistic whichever
is the director s and cinematographer s take on the story. Danny Boyle s take on Aron Ralston s
true story of cutting his arm off to live has been to make it as realistic as it possibly can be. The
film was shot on and off set, mostly in constructed set of the canyon where Aron Ralston, portrayed
by James Franco, was trapped with his arm pinned between a large boulder and the canyon wall.
The scene of which lighting and themes this essay will discuss about starts from the point where

Josef von Sternberg has said that the proper use of light can embellish and dramatize every object
(Josef von Sternberg as quoted in Bordwell 2010, p. 131). As much as the lighting in this scene is
used to state Franco s character s state of mind it is also used to dramatize the scene and character
s struggle. This applies throughout the whole film and not just in this particular scene. Lighting
intensifies Franco s character s facial expressions as well as during his run through the canyon the
lighting is darkened and more shadowy most of the time to create realistic condition but it also adds
the feeling of length to the run.
In the part of the scene where the character is running through the canyon the lighting changes
constantly between darker and lighter. It is darker when he struggles and lighter on the easier parts
of the distance between his trap and freedom.
In the shots that are taken in the canyon the light is colder than in the ones that are taken outside.
The fill light is used to soften the contrast of shadows on characters face while he is in the
canyon (Pramaggiore and Wallis 2011, p. 111). For the first half of the scene, placed in the
canyon, light is constantly coming from above as sunlight between the cracks of the earth to the
canyon. Franco s character also keeps looking up to the sunlight after he has been freed from his
trap. The character has done that many times before in the film as desperately hoping to be free

Social Contract Theory Vs Natural Law Theory
Unlike the Natural Law theory, I believe the Social Contract Theory may have been more beneficial
when it comes to Women s Rights. Social Contract Ethics was a theory that allowed human beings
to live in a stable environment and achieve their personal interests (Shafer Landau, The
Fundamentals of Ethics). Unlike Natural Law, the Social ContractTheory was based on rules,
thought of by Thomas Hobbes, that pulled the human race together and allowed for organization.
Another Social Contract theorist named John Rawls later said that the Social Contract Theory
allows individuals the opportunity to gain more achievements because ones birth rights are simply

Not everyone believes in the same things, and theories are often based on religion, culture, and
the way we were raised. For example, I was raised to believe that I have the same rights and
responsibilities as the men in my life. I was raised to work for what I want, respect my elders,
and always follow the rules that are in place; or accept the consequences. I believe that my
childhood was based off of the theory of Deontological Ethics. Deontology concentrates on
someone doing the right thing while also doing ones duty as a human being (Rosenstand, The
Moral of the Story An Introduction to Ethics). The only problem is that some obligations often
have consequences. For example, when I was sixteen years old I began my first job. My father
was a single parent, and he wanted to raise me to work for the things that I wanted and needed
regardless of the fact that I was a young lady still in school. He wanted to make sure that I
learned the way of life and that I would realize what it was like to be an adult. He wanted me to
learn that everything could not be handed to me just because I am a female. Of course, he had
consequences to deal with by choosing this method of approach. My grades went from straight A s
to some B s. Regardless, I appreciate him using this ethical theory to help me grow into the woman
I am today. I

Essay on Women in Iliad, Odyssey, and the Bible
Role of Women in Iliad, Odyssey, and the Bible
Much is known of men in ancient civilizations, from the famous philosophers and mathematicians
of Greece to the patriarchs and subsequent kings of the nation of Israel. It would seem, however,
that history has forgotten the women of these times. What of the famous female thinkers of Ancient
Greece, the distinguished stateswomen of Rome? What power did they hold? What was their
position in societies of the distant past? A glimpse into the roles and influence of women in antiquity
can be discovered in such ancient masterpieces as the Iliad, the Odyssey, and the Hebrew Bible.
In the Iliad, women are barely mentioned, and then only as spoils of war or treacherous creatures
not worthy of a ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
The myth of how the war between the Greeks and the Trojans began, itself, shows women, in this
case goddesses, in an unflattering light, fighting like vain beauty queens over which one is more
beautiful. In fact, the very character of these three goddesses is at the least reprehensible and
mirrors the conception of many ancient, male driven societies of women being fickle, disloyal
temptresses. Hera is the paranoid, jealous wife who viciously strikes out at her husband s lovers,
Aphrodite is a kind of divine harlot, and Athena, although the most admirable of the group,
nevertheless gives in to petty emotions and is an odd choice to be guardian of wisdom, since no
women were allowed in the academies or thought of by men as being particularly wise. Thetis
intentions are the exception to the trivial designs of her immortal counterparts, for she is always the
devoted mother of Achilles, trying to do what is best for her son. Athena may give aid to the
Greek cause, but only because she was not picked by Paris as the most fair. The only mortal
woman in the Iliad who seems to have any redeeming qualities, and to whom we are not
introduced for any real amount of time, in contrast to Hecuba, is Andromache, who makes a brief,
yet lasting appearance as Hector s wife. For the most part, however, women in the Iliad are placed
decidedly in the background, at best shown as accessories to their male spouses.

Many locavores say that locally grown produce contains more nutrients since they ve been

In addition, they also claim that since it takes less distance to travel from farm to plate there is a

Usage of Propaganda in Totalitarian Governments versus...
Propaganda is everywhere any human looks. It is the base of almost every government. But,
seeing as how other governments are worse than the American government, it s worse in other
areas of the world. The role of propaganda in a totalitarian government is very important, especially
when compared to a democratic type of government, mostly because democracies don t usually
want to control every aspect of life.
Information or ideas that are spread by an organized group or government to influence people s

The Nazis hid their people from the truth. Hitler told his men to just not tell the German people the
truth at all. He just wanted them to know what they needed to know and leave out all of the rest.
Democratic countries, however, are completely opposite. Democratic countries must present at
least some of the truth in their propaganda. Any free person will eventually discover the truth, so
democratic countries don t really think too much of their propaganda. When propaganda has been
uncovered, and the people discover that it is distorted or full of lies, it becomes ineffective (
Democratic vs. Enemy Propaganda para. 5).
The people completely understood democracy. The people used to act together, almost as if they
were like an assembly line. The people used to be in charge of the legitimate authority, and
political power. Nowadays, the only thing the people control is limited. They have the right to pick
and choose who is of the political authority. Then, that political authority is given to by a person
who the people who have elected to lead their country ( Democracy para.1).
However, people have the right to know all of the truth of any situation, so democratic
propaganda has to abide by that rule, no matter how ugly the truth may be. The truth is not only in
the rules of democracy, but is also a slap of reality for a policy that is

The greatest percentage of thefts of private information is from incorrectly stored backup tapes,

potential breach of their data. It is expected that the price tag of the typical breach of educational

Hey Erik, let s grab some coffee and get this day over with.
We chuckled and headed to the break room, mugs in hand. This was something like a morning
ritual for us. We d go get some coffee, chat for a bit, then get to work. Today the chatting inevitably
ended up on SWO.
So, you gonna go random, or design your character?
I ll most likely go random. It s worth it to try, after all. And no matter what you end up with, the
game should be fun.
SWO s character creation was one of the things that had received a lot of discussion. In addition to
a large number of races to choose from, players would also be given the option of randomizing their

Six Elements Of A Literature Review On Tourism And Human...
1. Introduction
A literature review is a body of text that determines the aims to review the critical points of
current knowledge including substantive findings as well as theoretical and methodological
contributions to a particular topic. The review of relevant literature is nearly always a standard
chapter of a thesis or dissertation. The review forms an important chapter in a thesis where its
purpose is to provide the background to and justification for the research undertaken. Bruce , who
has published widely on the topic of the literature review, has identified six elements of a literature
review. These elements comprise a list; a search; a survey; a vehicle for learning; a research
facilitator; and a report.

Court Observation At Harris County Criminal Justice Court

Court Observation Paper The court I attended was the court # 184, on October 25th 2015 at
Harris County Criminal Justice Court , located in downtown of Houston city. The Judge in
charge was Jan Krocker. It was an aggravated sexual assault of child case between The State of
Texas vs. Samuel Gallegos. As I entered the court, the trial has already commenced so I did not
really know how a real trial started. I sat in the back where the public sits, facing the judge bench.
The courtroom was cold and quiet. Especially it was very small, much smaller and less
impressive than I expected.. Everyone was in formal dressing code. There were just a few
number of spectators and family members in the court room. There was a clerk who was typing
everything what was happening during the court time. Judge Krocker appeared to have things
under control and had the proceedings moving forward smoothly. She was a very friendly lady
with short blonde hair. She was listening attentively. She spoke clearly and distinctly so that
everyone in the courtroom could hear. Samuel Gallegos is a white man about 5 8 tall. He looked
quite nervous while some police officers were standing behind him. From what I understood, this
case was really happening back in 2014 and the suspect has criminal history relating to assault of
child and another related case to this case. On my left hand side were the bailiffs while some
others stood observed

Essay on Breastfeed No Matter Where You Are
Breastfeeding is such a natural process. It is one of the best gifts a mother can give her child.
Breastfeeding is such a great gift that is just keeps on giving all throughout a child s life. Breast
milk is a good source of protein and high in calories. The breast milk boosts the immune system,
allows the child to grow big and strong, and even makes them smarter. Despite all of these positive
aspects of breastfeeding, when people see a mother in public breastfeeding her child, they become a
little disgusted. Breastfeeding in public is legal in the United States of America. Although, some
people would rather it not be. People have left restaurants, told the mother to relocate to the
restroom, and even suggested the mother to stay home... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
It is unsanitary and should never be a location to eat. Breastfeeding has been around for centuries
and is legal, so why stop it now? Breastfeeding in public is a civil right and should be treated like
one. There is a law in forty five states that protects mothers and allows them to breastfeed in any
location they are allowed to be in (Breastfeeding Laws). However, these laws do not protect them
from discrimination from the public. Women are being denied entry into places because of
being indecent while breastfeeding in public. There have been reports of women holding nurse
ins to promote their laws for breastfeeding in public (Grooms). Mothers who are breastfeeding
that are being harassed by companies of a public place and are told to cover up or relocate are
allowed to sue according to other laws (Solomon). Any mother does not want to have to sue
anyone for the right to bond with her child while breastfeeding. Breastfeeding allows for mothers
and their babies to bond. Whether a mother and her child are bonding in the privacy of their own
home, or in public, it should be allowed no matter where they go. Breastfeeding brings happiness
to both the mother and her child. Why should a mother have to lose the opportunity of bonding
with her child in a public place just because someone gets offended? Breastfeeding is a natural
part of the human body and a natural process in assisting a child to live and grow

Let s Go Aero Travel Trailers: A Case for Incorporating the New Model of the Organization into the
Teaching of Budgeting
Sally Wright University of Massachusetts Boston
INTRODUCTION
Let s Go Aero manufactures travel trailers bought primarily by young families and retirees
interested in a light, low cost trailer that can easily be pulled by a mid sized family car. The
market for travel trailers has expanded nicely over the past few years due to the number of
families seeking a relatively low cost, outdoor vacation experience. But in the view of Let s Go
Aero s president, Mark Newman, the real growth in the future is in the retiree market. Newman
believes the vigorous health of the average retiree, coupled with the ... Show more content on

In keeping with the policy set by Tom as Let s Go s production manager, the amount of sheet
aluminum on hand at the end of each month must be equal to one half of the following month s
production needs for sheet aluminum. The raw materials inventory on December 31, 2010, was

Sheet aluminum represents the company s single most expensive raw material. Each travel trailer
requires 30 square yards of sheet aluminum. The wholesale cost of sheet aluminum varies
dramatically according to the time of year. The cost per square yard can vary from $15 in the
spring, when new construction tends to start, to $8 in December and January, when demand is
lowest. The use of aluminum in vehicles, including

An Individual s Reflexes Increase With Age
An individual s reflexes decrease with age which affects their ability to drive. The ability to make
quick decisions is an important skill to have to avoid accidents. Reflexes allow an individual to
react quickly to a dangerous driving situation. It is the time an individual takes to slam on the brake
or avoid an obstruction that makes reflexes so important while driving, Geriatrics poor reflexes
create delayed reactions which ultimately increase the risk for accidents. Reflexes are needed to
prevent various types of accidents such as rear ending and pedestrian striking. It is probable that as
one ages, the connection between the two hemispheres of your brain become delayed (University of

Cognition is defined as a mental action that is a result of intuition, sensation, and perception.
Medical Doctors at Washington University in St. Louis School of Medicine states, cognitive

attention, orientation, judgment and problem solving skills, and visuospatial skills (Washington

According to S. Lloyd, Outpatient surveys indicate that about 30 percent of older adults with

Compare and Contrast a Technical Approach to Innovation
Innovation has traditionally been seen as technical issue concerned only with machinery and
systems. Compare and contrast this technical approach to innovation with the more knowledge
centred approaches discussed on this course. Your answer should draw upon case study evidence to
critically assess the value of the two approaches.
Innovation is a key element of modern business. In a world full of modern industrialised nations it
is essential for big business to innovate. Ed Rhodes and David Wield identify innovation as; the
implementation of new technologies (Rhodes, E, 1994, page 79) for a firm to rise above its
adversaries and create brand loyalty innovation is key. There are two fields of innovation, Ed

Innovation follows science (Chris Land, 2006, Lecture 2) scientific discoveries since the spinning
jenny in the industrial revolution have changed the way our industries operate. There are many
fields of science; the typical view of science is technological, biological, chemical, and physically
orientated; i.e. science is tangible and therefore the widely known view of innovations relates to
these tangible sciences; dyson vacuum cleaners, the spinning jenny; both technological innovations.
Today, there are intangible sciences such as the science of Management, where new theories and
innovations on how to motivate the workforce, organise strategies, market strategies and the
management of strategic core competencies have revolutionised the industry. Knowledge
innovation is creativity and logic put to strategies of how to go about doing things, opposed to
technical innovation as creativity and logic put to the research and development of a new product.
James Dyson said about innovation, It s the unlikely juxtaposition of creativity and logic which
causes the wooliness and confusion around the term innovation . (James Dyson, Ingenia, Issue 24,
2005, page 32)

Carl Jung Collective Unconscious Essay
Carl Jung was one of few psychologists who argued that Freud s psychoanalytic theory placed too
much emphasis on sexual principles, especially in concerns with young children. Jung renovated
Freud s three components of the brain, he retitled id as personal unconscious, ego as personal
conscious and the superego as the collective conscious (Jung 1912). In addition to this, Jung added
collective unconscious to Freud s structure of personality. The personal unconscious includes
memories that are concealed and those that can be evoked. According to Jung, collective
unconscious is the level of unconscious shared amongst people containing memories from ancestors
and our progressive past. This collective can be divided into various archetypes. As... Show more

Jung anticipated that there were two contrasting tendencies concerning the flow of libido:
introversion and extraversion. The idea was that all humans can experience both introversion and
extraversion over time, however individuals may experience either one or the other. Other
oppositions of modes of functioning are, thinking versus feeling, and sensing versus intuition.
Myers and Briggs (1962) developed the Myers Briggs type indicator, a measure based on Jung s
psychological personality types, adding a fourth opposition: judging versus perceiving. Judging
being the tendency to plan and perceiving being the spontaneous propensity with respects to
relations with other individuals. Myers and Briggs (1962) created a different taxonomy to Jung s.
Myers (1962) MBTI states that everyone obtains a personality profile containing four letters. An
example of this is that someone could be ETSN: extraverted, thinking, sensing and intuitive.
The MBTI method is used premarital therapists who use it as a basis for advising couples about
their combability in concerns with personality. Jung s theory had influences in areas of art,
literature, philosophy and counselling. On the other hand, it is argued that Jung s analytic
psychology fails to provide empirical evidence that archetypes are passed genetically from
generation to generation on to the other.
Alfred Adler was the first psychiatrist to publicly criticise Freud (1905), arguing that Freud over

Preservation Of Evidence Analysis
All evidence must be obtained, identified and properly preserved. Evidence in an unprotected
crime scene will degrade, diminish, or disappear over time unless collected and preserved. No
matter how carefully done, collecting evidence will result in a post crime transfer of material. The
Integrity of evidence requires that any item introduced in court must be in the same condition as
when it was found at the crimescene. The document that I would provide would be the chain of
evidence also known as the chain of custody. The value of the evidence can be compromised is
the evidence is improperly collected, handled or identified. So I would have a roster that has a

The Secession Of The United States
In November, 1860, Abraham Lincoln was elected U.S. President with only 40 per cent of the
popular vote. South Carolina had threatened to secede from the Union if Lincoln won the
election. The state made good their threat by seceding from the Union on December 20, 1860.
Mississippi and Florida followed in early January, 1861. The Alabama State Legislature directed
Governor A. B. Moore to call a state convention in Montgomery on January 7, 1861, to debate
the question of secession from the Union. On January 11, after four days of hot debate, an
ordinance of secession was adopted by a vote of 61 39 and Alabama became the fourth state to
secede from the Union. The two delegates from Lauderdale County voted against secession as did
most of the delegates from North Alabama.
Anticipating secession, several counties in North Alabama, East Tennessee, North Georgia, and
North Mississippi talked of forming a neutral state called Nickajack if secession passed. Nothing
came of the talk. However thousands of Alabamians, mostly from the northern counties, enlisted in
the Union Army. There were six white Union regiments raised in Alabama: 1st Alabama Cavalry,
1st Heavy Artillery Battery, and 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th Infantry Regiments. Many others left the state
to join Union units, or they joined Union units as they passed through the state. Many former

Executive Summary
This essay discuss about how Starbucks utilizes its marketing mix in order to gain market share.
Starbucks, which has been in the coffeehouse industry for 41 years, face higher competition than
before. Even so, Starbucks is able to not only survive through this, but they are able to be one of
the most valuable global brands (Theodore 2002). In its maturity stage, they are capable of
expanding their consumer base despite the fact of increasing competition.
Through the augmentation of their ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
Compared to the other coffeehouses, Starbucks has a greater augmentation layer. Now, Starbucks
has provided ice creams, alcoholic beverages, teas and juices in addition to coffee. Not many
companies has this wide range of products sold in the market.
Customer Analysis and Evaluation
The target market for Starbucks Coffee used to be the established customers, which includes the
middle to high economic class of the society such as the elderly and the professional workers who
enjoys high quality coffee. However, as their business expands, its customers are becoming more
diversified. Starbucks target market moves towards the younger, less well educated, and in a lower
income bracket than their more established customers, (Moon).
Starbucks position itself as a brand which provides high quality products and is environmentally
conscious. Nowadays, people are becoming more environmentally friendly due to higher
knowledge on global warming. Therefore, Starbucks is able to improve its brand image by using a
recycled packaging.
Through time, Starbucks reposition itself not to be too concentrated on coffee itself but to diversify
their products. This is shown by changing their brand logo in 2011. Because its product is in its
maturity stage it is important for them to diversify its products and differentiate themselves against
competitors.
Consumers are exposed to different types of goods

  • 2. What Factors Can Be Considered When Conducting Forensic... What important factors need to be considered when conducting forensic science? What is a crime scene? What is forensic science and how is it conducted? What factors can impact evidence and what procedures have to be taken to stop this from happening? What factors have to be taken into account when conducting forensic science and why? How will not doing this impact a court verdict? In my assignment I hope to answer these questions. A crime scene is not necessarily the location of a crime, it can be where the planning took place, where the body is found and where the evidence is found. The crime scene can be as small as a bite mark or as large as a geographical location. There are two types of crime scene; primary and secondary. The... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... First of all, the crime scene has to be cordoned off from the public, this consists of two types of cordoning; inner and outer. Inner cordoning is where the main forensic examination takes place whereas the outer cordoning is used to prevent the public from entering. Cordoning is important as it keeps the public out of the crime scene, so that evidence cannot get tampered with or contaminated, tents are also put over crime scenes which are outside to avoid people and press looking in on the crime scene and protect evidence from the weather elements and animals which may accidently tamper with evidence. Without cordoning the forensic officers wouldn t have any privacy from the public which could interfere and contaminate evidence. Once the crime scene is cordoned off, a common approach path is established, whereby stepping stones are placed to prevent cross contamination. This is important to establish a common approach path because without one evidence could become contaminated or destroyed for example if a forensic officer accidently stood on a footprint or a patch of blood, therefore spreading the blood around the crime scene, making it harder for a hypothesis to be established. The forensic investigators wear protective clothing and shoe covers to prevent cross contamination, they also have their own DNA on the data base to eliminate their DNA from the suspects if it did get on the crime scene. The national data base was established in 1995, which ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...
  • 3. Why GPR Is Important Bones can tell us a lot, these pieces of hard, whitish tissue makes up the skeleton in humans and other vertebrates. Without these strong pieces of tissue, we would be able to have the body structure or move in many different ways, or let alone have the protection we need for our internal organs. Bones are important when it comes to the structure of human beings and vertebrates. What happens to these bones when it is time for humans to die? They become buried deep within the earth. The earth was literally filled with bones, evidently hastily place there or left where the dead fell. (Archeological Expedition to Arizona in 1895 by Jesse Walter Fewkes). If there could be bones under the ground, we walk on how are we able to extract such items... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... When using GPR it is unable to identify any underground utilities that the user many come across. Such as determining if the piping that is found is gas, or water, this can become dangerous because you would have to limit the area of where you dig and to make sure you are not damaging a line that has been detected. Even though these measurements can be increased your typical GPR can penetrate the depth of concrete surfaces form 18 24. Other surfaces such as grass can range from a penetration of 6 10. This can pose a challenge because, the evidence or what is being extracted can be buried deeper than the limit of the GPR which can cause an Undiscovery of evidence or also a danger to extractors who are unaware of what they can be digging into below. Another disadvantage that GPR has is, this is an expensive tool you would not be able to go out and find this at your local Wal Mart let alone at a cheap price for a good one, you are going to spend some money to have a good and accurate GPR tester. GPR also requires experience before operating, it was stated it should take up to 3 days depending on the pace that you learn, to be able to operate a GPR system. Unless you are familiar with the tool, you are going to need proper training on how to operate this system. This can serve a problem to an anthropology group and or law enforcement because if this tool is needed to extract evidence someone who as the proper training and knowledge of this tool has to be present in order for the discovery to be properly extracted. Another disadvantage that I was able to discovery is that most GPR tools require the ground to be a leveled out surface. Without the surface being properly leveled out this can cause a un detection of evidence or whatever is trying to be detected below, this can also give off a misread in that particular ... • 4. Analysis Of The Mccord Museum Of Canadian History Canada is a multicultural nation whose population was vastly built through the immigration of peoples from around the world. The McCord Museum of Canadian History explores Canada s multiculturalism through several exhibits. The museum was brought to life by David Ross McCord who wished to shed light on the history and cultures of his country and thus bring its people together. The Museum features several exhibits which are physically available at the museum, and some of which are available online. One of the online exhibits entitled Being Irish O Quebecexplores the impact in which Irish culture has had on the province of Quebec from past to present. Many years ago, Irish people departed from their home country to escape difficult times and find a bright future in Canada. Many of the Irish immigrants settled into the colony of New France, which is now known as the Canadian province Quebec. The Being Irish O Quebec Exhibit at McCord Museum pushes the idea that the Irish are one of the most significant ethnic groups in Quebec, both in the way of numbers and historical impact. The Exhibit depicts Irish immigration to Quebec using artifacts and images. These artifacts and images as well as the information that comes along with them demonstrate the struggles and successes of the Irish peoples at this time. The Being Irish O Quebec Exhibit s main argument is that the Irish had a major contribution to Quebec s identity as a province. The Exhibit claims that the Irish are ... • 5. Donald Trump As A Machiavellian Leader Niccolo Machiavelli published his famous book The Prince in 1513, which is considered as a handbook for leaders. The Prince explains to the reader(s) how to acquire and maintain political authority. According to Machiavelli, an ideal leader, is a person who is attentive of the men around him, believes the end justifies the means, and destroys disloyalty by trickery or falsifying his purpose. Many leaders throughout history have showed one or many traits that Machiavelli stated in his work. Therefore, Donald Trump, would fall under the category of a Machiavellian leader. Donald Trump before he became the 45th president, his famous campaign motto Make America Great Again caught the attention of many Americans, but mostly by white Americans. Trump s tactics made him a very clever man throughout the election, he had many techniques on how to gain the American vote. Throughout his campaign, he was attentive of the men around him. For example, Trump knew exactly what to say to get the attention of the American people. He already had in mind who he was going to pick in position for foreign policy, national security, and defense ( Donald Trump is the ultimate Machiavellian prince ). With this intention, he brought comfort to Americans, yet the people he was going to pick for these positions all have a common trait, which was all of them are specialist in the Middle East and Russia. The Union Pacific railroad offered railroad transport from New York on the Atlantic Coast, all the way to California, on the Pacific Coast of United States. The project of the railroad terminated in 1869, which was pioneered by two companies, which were Union Pacific and Central Pacific, built the railroad from east and west, and they met at Utah. Central Pacific laborers mainly consisted of the Chinese, while those in Union Pacific were mainly Irish. Both companies gave their workers harsh working conditions. The railroad made a major impact on transcontinental transportation but was faced by some dangers and difficulties. Overland route, which was previously referred to as Pacific railroad is 3500 miles long. The main funder of the railroad was the US government through the offering of higher loans and bonds (Healey 460). Also, the government offered land grants for usage in the construction. 1830 was the first time that a locomotive set off in the railroads, and that sparked the development of the rail network in the country. Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... The intriguing thing about this poem is it s use of the imagery of a bird, the first line is the audience being addressed as little bird something that could easily be a childhood nickname, Fly away little bird / Fly away to a better place / Where you will soar through the sky / In the wide open space This is a simple verse of the author imploring the little bird to fly freely, nothing different until paired with the second verse Fly away to live out all your hopes and dreams / Enter the real world / Of wondrous things / Through the dark clouds and over the rainbows Using the mirroring words of hopes and dreams and dark clouds and over the rainbows creates the thoughts of highs and loves and everything in between, a common happening in the real world , which is usually used in regards of a child growing up and becoming up and creating a life for themselves. This is defined even more in the next three lines; Fly away to destinations unknown / Fly away to discover yourself / And embrace what you find these lines emphasise the thought of growing up and moving on in life, but the use of embrace encourages the little bird to not be afraid of change or transforming themselves, instead to welcome the difference and ... Moving in and adjusting to the college lifestyle can be more difficult for some than others, but regardless there is a lot more freedom for students to make their own choices and do as they please. In some cases, students do not necessarily know what to do with this new freedom and can fall into a variety of habits that range from positive to negative such as studying, exercising, partying, or drug use. General Marion a Revolutionary Tactician During the Revolutionary War During the revolutionary war American military officers had to evolve their tactics in order to out maneuver the large British forces to win the war. General Francis Marion would become known as one of the more famous revolutionist of his time. Taxes imposed by the Crown were enacted to recoup expenditures from the French and Indian War, but the American colonist despised the British authorities for their heavy handed tactics (Savas Dameron, 2006). However, there was a segment of the population that held the French in higher regard. This was based primarily on their trade relations and the fact that the British had established four settlements deep in Cherokee hunting grounds. The tensions between the British and Cherokee were further inflamed by an accidental massacre when a group of Cherokee warriors were mistaken for those of another tribe. A call went out for British reinforcements and the desire for South Carolina to send its own militia. It was in this militia that Lieutenant Marion now served. As Cherokee Warriors lay in ambush along a narrow pass Lieutenant Marion s South Carolina Ranger Company was chosen to lead the way. Marion s unite was moving north when met by a force of approximately a thousand Cherokees. His unit took severe casualties but cleared a way for the main force to continue its advance. The French and Indian War had done several important things. It cleared the French from North America, establishing the British Empire. Despite warnings from Dr. John Coletti (Abbott administrator under MEDICO), Sister Mary Theresa implanted her authoritative managerial style into the new satellite hospital. First, she requested all Abbott staff members to be interviewed by Mt. Mercy personnel. They were given a three month probationary period (at the end of which permanent appointment could be discussed). Also, both staffs were informed they could be transferred between hospitals at administrative discretion. Sister Mary Theresa stuck to her bureaucratic plan causing Dr. John Coletti to resign. The early results: Revenues from Abbott hospital ran about 15 20 percent below projected levels. Revenues from surgery/patient care days declined 62 percent. Employee morale was down and the many regional doctors were beginning to send patients in another direction for hospital care. As much as the lighting in this scene is used to state Franco s character s state of mind it is also used to dramatize the scene and character s struggle. This applies throughout the whole film and not just in this particular scene. Lighting intensifies Franco s character s facial expressions as well as during his run through the canyon the lighting is darkened and more shadowy most of the time to create realistic condition but it also adds the feeling of length to the run. In the part of the scene where the character is running through the canyon the lighting changes constantly between darker and lighter. It is darker when he struggles and lighter on the easier parts of the distance between his trap and freedom. In the shots that are taken in the canyon the light is colder than in the ones that are taken outside. The myth of how the war between the Greeks and the Trojans began, itself, shows women, in this case goddesses, in an unflattering light, fighting like vain beauty queens over which one is more beautiful. In fact, the very character of these three goddesses is at the least reprehensible and mirrors the conception of many ancient, male driven societies of women being fickle, disloyal temptresses. Hera is the paranoid, jealous wife who viciously strikes out at her husband s lovers, Aphrodite is a kind of divine harlot, and Athena, although the most admirable of the group, nevertheless gives in to petty emotions and is an odd choice to be guardian of wisdom, since no women were allowed in the academies or thought of by men as being particularly wise. Concealed under these factors lie environmental destruction as well as a damaged economy. The Locavore Movement has been on the rise due to its nutritional benefits, however, this overshadows the effects of locally grown foodon our environment and economy. Many locavores say that locally grown produce contains more nutrients since they ve been recently picked, unlike supermarkets where the produce has been left in the freezers for weeks. In addition, they also claim that since it takes less distance to travel from farm to plate there is a decreased chance of contamination (Source A). It s accurate to say that most produce grown from local areas are healthier which is why the government plans to place more investments into farmers markets(Source E). Breastfeeding in public is a civil right and should be treated like one. There is a law in forty five states that protects mothers and allows them to breastfeed in any location they are allowed to be in (Breastfeeding Laws). However, these laws do not protect them from discrimination from the public. Women are being denied entry into places because of being indecent while breastfeeding in public. There have been reports of women holding nurse ins to promote their laws for breastfeeding in public (Grooms). Mothers who are breastfeeding that are being harassed by companies of a public place and are told to cover up or relocate are allowed to sue according to other laws (Solomon). Any mother does not want to have to sue anyone for the right to bond with her child while breastfeeding. Breastfeeding allows for mothers and their babies to bond. In addition to this, Jung added collective unconscious to Freud s structure of personality. The personal unconscious includes memories that are concealed and those that can be evoked. Myers and Briggs (1962) developed the Myers Briggs type indicator, a measure based on Jung s psychological personality types, adding a fourth opposition: judging versus perceiving. Judging being the tendency to plan and perceiving being the spontaneous propensity with respects to relations with other individuals. Myers and Briggs (1962) created a different taxonomy to Jung s.
