established strategic partner

expedite the implementation of an acute clinical system while maintaining
the integrity of an existing ambulatory system
 Necessitated development and implementation of a new database strategy
focused on insuring the continued stability of clinical content, multiple
upgrades to software and hardware, and coordination of efforts of on and off
shore resources.

conducted world-renowned research
 Provided project leadership for the inaugural execution of a newly developed
implementation methodology
 This endeavor’s complexity was heightened by the use of this methodology in
the first freestanding acute rehabilitation implementation for the Eclipsys
Corporation
 This necessitated a very solid style of leadership for an agile team of top
performers while maintaining a constant line of communication with the
developers of the methodology as well as every level of Eclipsys leadership.

Rehabilitation
Organization Type – Multiple facility organization inclusive of specialty hospitals
and freestanding outpatient rehab clinics
 Provide project management and consulting services to identify and
operationalize an optimal clinical documentation transformation for
Outpatient Rehabilitation Services
 Assessed patient care processes by working with teams of leadership and
staff to determine current states of both the adult and pediatric services
 Proposed future goals and facilitated decision-making for future-state
process adoption. Led four teams to implement new processes and a
complete re-design of documentation screens to support them.
Project Manager – Women and Family Center Clinical Documentation and Process
Redesign
Organization Type – Multiple facility organization inclusive of specialty hospitals
 Provided project management to identify optimal processes, to incorporate
those processes into the design, and develop and implement an automated
clinical documentation solution for all care areas of a women and family
services center
 Led five separate teams in the effort to integrate with each other and the
system at large in a more comprehensive manner
 Each team subsequently developed clinical documentation screens
maximizing the existing standards established by the organization while
meeting the specialized needs of its unit

 Managed multiple internal and external teams totaling over 100 people
 Oversaw the development of process standardization across focusing on
clinical documentation for the entire organization
 Worked directly with the Nursing and Therapy design teams to develop the
future state of the organization through process analysis and mapping
 Also, worked with the administrative, financial, and clinical areas of the Long
Term Care components to meet the specific needs of that facet of the
healthcare system
Implementation Application Supervisor – Advanced Clinical Documentation
Organization Type – Multiple facilities throughout North America
 Oversaw a department of ten consultants while implementing advanced
clinical documentation solutions for a variety of healthcare organizations
 Coordinated and allocated the appropriate resources to meet customer’s
needs
 Controlled both the scheduling and accounts receivables for the department
 Implemented clinical software solutions within a variety of single and multi-
entity hospital systems ranging from 32 to 1500 beds
 Developed strategies and implemented Corporate Management Software
configurations
 Expanded new products from the developmental stage to realization
 Acted as an international advisor relating to the development and
implementation of clinical documentation systems
