• This current position I am a Sales/Account executive where I do with multiple contracts for the company. They are both b2c
and b2b so I am customer centric with my approach to each campaign however the difference being in one role I talk to web
designers about having a partnership so we can do SEO for them and clients and the other is for solar panels for residents.
There was an initial contract of call blockers for households which I matched the highest bookings then increased the daily
target by four+ leads a day, then SME media sales where again I was forthcoming with ways to increase sales opportunities.

• Ι was placed as a temp position for Christmas in which I have to check personalised cards for grammatical errors and
production errors. We then scanned them into the system and had them batched in reams of 200 approx for the royal mail to
deliver by Christmas.

• When in this role (via agency temping) I helped procure tickets from the RUFC around the UK for use within business
hospitality packages. I also talked to secretaries and directors of clubs in regards to having them on our membership to do

• I was in this position the role was a split role in which I would be making outbound calls commercially to generate
appointments for the field sales team to convert to sales. Warm calls I took that I converted again into appointments.
• Later on in the job I would sweep the calls our sales team made so that I would convert into actual sales both in the
domestic domain and commercially. Admin input throughout the day. Redundancy led this to expire.

• I would talk to existing customers about their needs and the details of their current tariff or contract. I would generate new
business via footfall and converting existing customers on to contracts, also cross sell with broadband an telephone needs
having the ability to explain clearly or over the phone to negate any repairs for customers or business team for those other
than domestic accounts. This was a part time temp role.

• In this position I was working on an insurance contract I was calling customers on a phone automated dialler system. We
discussed RPI with customers then discussed with them the options to allow that rate with indexation of their accounts.
This position was a test bed with prudential that they may consider rolling out as a whole.
• Also on most days I would be the top sales person to transfer customers to this new rate through information of what it
would mean to the value of their policies in the future if inflation continues. Temporary agency work.

• I would offer sound advice for any audio or visual related problems. I worked in store making sales of televisions, bespoke
hi-fi equipment and any audio type accessories of need.

focused on selling particular models at certain times or if not able to help tell them whose next best qualified. Part time
