stakeholders and Prosafe Offshore to ensure that all interface issues pertaining to Prosafe’s
contractual obligations, ASV conversion & upgrade, helideck suitability/readiness, IT/Telecoms

Platform Delivery Manager
Integral part of the Pluto Offshore team from Hook Up and Completions (HUC) phase through
to Ready for Start-Up (RFSU).
Responsibilities included various aspects of project execution planning & reporting,
contingency planning & risk assessment, materials & vendor services management &
coordination, cost control and budgets, package engineering and temporary equipment
coordination; Also responsible for development of Flow lines and Trunk line Pigging Logistics
Plan.
Key Achievement: Spearheaded the effort to introduce an innovative method of leak sealing of flange
joints by conducting a trial using high pressure sealant (Alchemy) in purpose built clamps (Furmanite)
as part of the Pluto Offshore risk mitigation plan for initial pipeline and topsides pressurization with
Domgas. The effort included global liaising with vendors, preparing a Key Decision Log (including
economic analysis and stakeholder approvals), fabrication of purpose built clamps, and testing of new
sealant, all in a matter of 10 weeks.

Key Achievement: Investigated and identified the root cause of recurring export compressor trips on the
Cossack Pioneer FPSO; this involved a detailed analysis of process trends and investigation of the
overall system operation, particularly the operation of the pilot PSVs on compressor discharge.

PRE-GRADUATION EXPERIENCE
1997 Technical Project TECHNICAL UNIVERSITY OF NOVA SCOTIA (TUNS), Canada
ETHYLENE FROM NGL - Completed a project investigating the potential of establishing a small-scale
ethylene / propylene facility in the nearby area. The plant would process NGL (Natural Gas Liquids)
from the Venture gas field off Sable Island, Nova Scotia. A comprehensive process and plant design
report was prepared, including a thorough market study conceptual design, preliminary engineering,
system integration & optimization, environmental impact and HAZOP study. Process operation of the
plant was simulated using Aspen Plus. I was mainly responsible for designing the reactor. The project
proposals and feasibility study were well received.
1996 University Work Term (4 months) - NOVA SCOTIA DEPT. OF ENVIRONMENT, Canada
Researched and compiled a detailed Water Quality Monitoring (WQM) information package to provide
guidelines for WQM volunteers in the province of Nova Scotia.
1995 University Work Term (8 months) - PUBLIC WORKS & GOVERNMENT SERVICES, Canada
Assisted in environmental assessments, ground water sampling, well installation, slug testing and
surveying at various sites in the province of Nova Scotia; Familiarized with various instruments used in
testing soil samples for Total Petroleum Hydrocarbons (TPH) & Lower Explosive Limit (% LEL);
Developed ground water contour maps from monitor well logs and water table elevations; Successfully
completed an assigned (groundwater monitoring) project at a particular site which included on-site
