My aim is to use the skills, abilities and knowledge I have acquired during my practical life
to achieve the highest set goals for myself and to make a real contribution to my society
and the company I work for. I am a hard worker and love a challenge. I am a perfectionist
when it comes to service quality, always looking for a better and efficient way to do things.
After working in the travel industry for many years, holding various positions, allowed me to
gain an excellent understanding of people's needs. This personal experience combined with
further studies I undertook in the field of travel and hospitality has equipped me with the
necessary knowledge and understanding needed by a professional tour manager/operator.
I believe that my biggest assets are the deep and complete understanding of the western
culture and mentality which helps to break the culture barrier with clients, and that helps
maintain a high level of communication and confidence which adds to the value and the
quality of the service provided. Also, because I’ve been working in the tourism industry for
a long time with various adventure tour operators, I have a well-established and
professional working relationship with service providers for all types of services used by the
adventure tourism market.

PEAK Adventure travel , a multinational tour operator.
Employment period: Mar, 2011- present
Position held: Tour leader/guide
• Giving presentations to clients during the tour regarding trips, expectations, and
briefing regarding other issues such as history, current affairs and general
situation in Egypt.
• Leading the scheduled tours, working with clients from all English speaking
nationalities, executing all their tour related needs.
• Handling bookings of hotels, restaurants, transportation, arranging airport meet
and assists.
• Liaison with hotel management, tour guides, tour operators.
• Provide the company with a full financial report regarding expenses and providing
