family, correction and profession change.
 Facilitate the issuance of ID card, temporary Iqama and email accounts for
new employees.
 Facilitate the request for various certificates: Salary, employment, bank letter,
buy a car etc.
 Maintains record of outgoing and incoming documents through filing, retrieval,
compilation, coding, updating and destruction.
 Organize office equipment such flight booking concerns, and arrange
transportation if necessary.
 Operates office equipment such as printer, photocopier, fax machine, phone,
computer to access email, electronic calendars, and others official support
software.


 Analysing raw , in process and final effluent and feeding the data in the daily
effluent report.
 Circulating the report to all the production managers.
 Reporting any abnormal drain losses
 Check the ‘EMS’ auto sample and drain box daily basis
 Checking the aeration tanks , blowers , membrane tanks & sludge beds
periodically.
 Updating SAP for the preventive maintainence done on the pivots.
 Understanding and acting on the criticality of proper operation of the effluent
membrane plant.
 Identifying & highlighting any anomalies that occur in effluent plant which can
diminish its efficiency of operations.
 Adhering to operating procedures on sampling , testing and plant operation.
 Ensuring all duties are conducting in a safe and efficient manner.
 Ensuring that job allocated while doing risk assessment is finished in time.
 Daily checking of the Pivot.
 Ensuring the sprinklers are cleaned daily.
 Ensuring preventive maintainence schedule are adhered.
 Ensuring that Lab Technician and ADPO are following the procedures of sampling
and analysis of the effluent.
 Providing training to subordinates about the operation of the effluent plant.

 Ensuring rotation of sludge beds as per the procedure.
 Sludge from Sewage plant to be tankered off as and when required.
