Application Engineer
In short, an application engineer at Nalco Company is responsible
for serving the customers on daily basis, following up the chemicals
performance and the operational process variations to advise on
the right recommendation. The daily service includes collecting the
samples, checking and writing the chemicals and operational data,
analyzing all samples with different tests, filling all these results and
data in PSR (Personal Service Report) and writing the
recommendations if any. Finally, discussing the report with the
customers and sending it to them. Also, he checks the chemicals
inventory in the chemicals yard weekly.
