Supervises the over-all operations of coating and sorting and solution preparation
operation consisting of 10 work centers. Ensures quality criteria And productivity goals
are achieved as per regulations of current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) and in
accordance with the company policies and procedures. Coordinates department activities
and special projects to ensure quality and meet timetables. Assists staff to resolve
complex or out of policy operation problems; directs staff in the development, conducts

supervises the over-all operations of solid processing from granulation, compression and

Coating Department: Film Coating Process: Coloring solution using opa-dry water based
solution (aquos) or organic solution. Sugar Coating Process: Seal coating, sub-coating,
coloring, smoothing and polishing process. Machine used: Yenchen super coater,
Accelacota Thomas and Accelacota Manesty.
Compression and Capsule Filling: To tablet any products in any shape. Know how to
troubleshoot when encounter any problem in the process specially in problematic
products. Machine used: Dry cota,BB4 and BB3 stokes and Manesty Machine and Kilian.

Conduct Preventive and corrective Maintenance of the machine and equipment, Check
line clearance of machine to assure good condition and smooth running of the machine,

set-up,adjust,operates and performs preventive and corrective maintenance of
respective equipment. Check line clearance to assure cleanliness of equipment,
accessories and work area before the start of processing. Withdraw and inspects
raw-materials according to work schedule and report any discrepancy from approved
guidelines and ensures proper labeling of process materials at all times to prevent
admixture,cross-contamination, spillage and spoilage, conducts in-process tests for
products as listed in the Batching Processing Record (BPR).Performs job in accordance

Born in Sampaloc Manila Philippines, on September 12, 1977. Born Again Christian,optimistic, dependable,
patient, analytical, hard-working and self-motivated worker but also enjoy working as a team player. A
employee of a Pharmaceutical Company from year 2002 up to present with different position held. Where I
have gained my technical expertise in tableting and coating operation. I have been a well trained
Manufacturing Technician and have been assigned in Tableting, Coating and Granulation for eight years. I
welcome new challenges in my working environment especially if it will further enhance my capabilities as a
Process Technician or Unit Leader. Growing skills in building effective and productive working relationships
with other people. Seeking new knowledge and techniques in Pharmaceutical Company, willing to
