like MEP, Mechanical, Electrical, Civil materials. Checking of materials packing list.
Inventory report and daily report. Make report for LOSD (Lost, Over, Shortage, Damages).
Accurately check the all materials with bin cards for easily Identification and tracking.
Mechanical, Electrical, Civil items keep separately maintaining and keep all materials buffer
Stock. Handling all Spare parts and Parts identification numbers.
Maintaining the Fabrication items i.e Pipe Spools, Flanges, Fittings, Heavy Steel Structurals
& Tanks. Keeping all Raw Steel materials with safe stacking and perfect bin card system.
Arrange the all raw materials for Fabrication planning.
All types of Chemicals storage with perfect monitoring with shelf life time. Compressors,
Generators, Dozers and its spare parts maintenance.
Preparation of GRN & MIN (Good Receipt Note & Material Issue Note) in SAP & ERP. Daily
prepare the stock statements and daily wise & weekly wise send to HO.
Controlling the leakage of revenue by checking the wastage, unnecessary stocking &
recycling of the materials that are of reusing nature. Monthly End inventory (Tacking
physical inventory on monthly basis).
Established and ensured adherence to finished goods safety stock levels and min max
levels based on sales orders and forecast.
Managed (NPIs) New Product Introductions – ensured forecasts are loaded so as
planned introduction dates are met
Inspected and certified all incoming and outgoing materials along with their relevant
documents and maintenance of the material lying in the bonded stores ensured that all
the measuring devices, special tools and test equipment are maintained properly and
calibration check on these are carried out at stipulated frequency as per the Quality
Control manual Segregation of Self life /Repairable/Subject to functional test items and its
disposal.
Coordination with Production Department and QC department for Receiving Raw
materials samples and formalities.
Periodically take Closing Stocks as last day of the Fortnight and the same last day of the
month regularly without discrepancy and accurately.
Handle the 5000 above number of Store Items and more then 3000 spare parts including
Tools & Tackles. Responsible for effectively implementation and maintaining of Color
Code Identification on piping material and proper Tags, Labels and Marking on other
Mechanical/Machinery (Rotating and Static) Materials/Equipments accordingly for ease of
identification and traceability.
To lead and work with a team of store clerks and store assistants for the efficient and
proper execution of Stores’ functions. Extensive experience in handling of Piping
Material Metallic and Non-Metallic pipes and piping components such as Elbows Tees,
Reducers, Flanges, Valves, Gasket, Stud Bolts/Nuts of various types of metal like MS,
