- Tan D Range: 1*10E-5 to 11.1 in 3 Ranges i.e 0.1, 1, 10.
- Resolution: +/- 1% as per Cx Factor and Tan Delta.
- Power Range: 12KV, 200mA AC Power Supply.
- Parameter Display: Capacitance, Tan Delta in %.
Developed a Hardware using 64 Pins PIC18F6527 Microcontroller, 7
Microchip MCP23S17 16Bit I/O Expander IC’s connected to 112
Relays to do Combination of different Windings Turns, Capacitance
and Resistance Ranges, 12 Bit External ADC MCP3201, OPAMP,
High Voltage and Current driver ULN2803, 16x2 LCD Module,
Tactile Switches to do customer personal Settings.
Done the testing using low voltage Prototype of Wheatstone Bridge
Balancing to calculate the value of unknown capacitance. It can
measure 100pF to 10000uF Capacitance with up to 3% tolerance.

Training Undertaken: Firmware Development using Carel 1Tool (Software Development
suite for Programming the PCO Controllers), PCO3 (Advance Field
Programmable Controller), PGD3 (High Tech User Interface).

Addition of New Functionality as per Customer Requirement.

Job Responsibilities: Aim was to replace Tactile Switch by Touch Sense in our Product.

Developed a low cost solution using two SS8050 NPN transistor
connected in Darlington Pair so that when we touch to Transistors
Base & VCC line, the output changes the state. If uses capacitive
touch sense then it requires Special Controller, Special PCB and
cost. So Instead of this, I designed it by using only 2 Transistors.

Project: “Portable Micro USB Mobile Rechargeable Battery Charger”
Job Responsibilities: Aim was to build an external rechargeable battery charger to
charge Mobile Phones. The Vout should be 5.5V & Iout should be
500mA. It should be very small in size & 90% of Efficiency.
Developed Hardware based on XR1151 1.2MHz Step up DC/DC
Converter, MBRA210LTD-D Schottky Power Rectifier, 4.7uF
Inductor. Achieved 87% of Efficiency.
Product Specifications: 1. Capacity: 1800mAh to 3000mAh (18650 Package)
2. Input: 5.5V DC 500mA (USB Micro B Connector)
3. Output: 5.5V DC 500mA (USB Type A Connector)

Project: “LED Driver Temperature Control”
Job Responsibilities: Aim was to build an external Temperature Control Circuitry which
increases the life of 3W, 5W, 7W, and 9W LED bulb bye limiting the
current of Existing LED Driver Circuitry w.r.to Temperature. The
Brightness change should not be visible to user.
Developed Hardware based on LM358 Operational Amplifier as a
comparator, 3990 100K Temperature Sensor and SS8050 NPN
Transistor. This circuit draws a small current through transistor
when temperature gets above 80o
C, so that LED cluster get cool.

Project: “Home Lighting System”
Job Responsibilities: Aim was to build a Handy Home Lighting System work on
rechargeable batteries. The System should have five outputs (three
1W, one 3W LED Bulbs and one for Mobile Charging) and IR remote
based Dimming Controlling Facility. The Whole System should work
for 2 to 3 hours on full load.
Prepared Schematic based on PIC16F688 Microcontroller.

Project: “Rechargeable Battery Operated Mini 3.5W DC Fan Driver”
Job Responsibilities: Aim was to build a DC Fan Driver which Work on Rechargeable
Battery. The Vout/Iout should be 5.5V/0.8A with 90% of Efficiency.
Developed Hardware based on XR3403 1.2MHz Step up DC/DC
Converter with adjustable switch current, MBRA210LTD-D Schottky
Power Rectifier, 2.2uF inductor. Achieved 92% of Efficiency.
Product Specifications: 1. Capacity: 1800mAh to 3000mAh (18650 Package)
2. Input: 5.5V DC 500mA (Mini Jack Connector)
3. Output: 5.5V DC 800mA (Mini Jack Connector)

Job Responsibilities: Aim was to test the Product on different Temperature Ranges, Also
Test the Efficiency, Ideal Current, Upper/Lower Voltage cutoff,
Battery, LED Cluster, Luminance and Charging/Discharging Time.

client “Whirlpool India Pvt. Ltd. Ranjangaon, Pune, Maharashtra”
Training Undertaken: Software Development of PIC Microcontrollers.
Job Responsibilities: Aim was to work such system on two “1.5V AAA 900mAh Duracell
Cell Battery” for 1Year.
Developed software as well as Hardware based User Interface for
Whirlpool Refrigerators using PIC16F688 Microcontroller & MCP
1624 Voltage booster IC. Done the Power Budget calculations.
Microcontroller is 99% in Sleep Mode.
Interfacing Includes: 1. 10 Bit ADC.
2. LED’s and Keys.
3. MCP1624 Voltage Booster to give us a Constant VCC.
Programming Includes: 1. Low Power Sleep Mode when System is not in used.
2. IOC Interrupts Pins for Fast Actions and Waking Up Controller
from Sleep Mode.
3. Pulsating the LED’s to save the Power.
4. Battery Voltage Monitoring through ADC.
5. Cavity life monitoring though Timer.

Project: “Free cooling” for our client “Emerson Network Power India.
Mumbai, Maharashtra”
Job Responsibilities: Aim was to vary the output voltage from 0V to 10V w.r.to. PWM
Signal generated by Microcontroller and Understands the Project.
Developed Hardware and software using ULN2004 & RC Network
for 0V to 10V output voltage variation w.r.to PWM Signal generated
by Microcontroller PIC18F4620.

Done the testing using low voltage Prototype of Wheatstone Bridge Balancing to calculate the value of unknown capacitance. It can measure 100pF to 10000uF Capacitance with up to 3% tolerance. 2nd Project: “Blue Star - Turbocor Chillers” Training Undertaken: Firmware Development using Carel 1Tool (Software Development suite for Programming the PCO Controllers), PCO3 (Advance Field Programmable Controller), PGD3 (High Tech User Interface). If uses capacitive touch sense then it requires Special Controller, Special PCB and cost. So Instead of this, I designed it by using only 2 Transistors. 2nd Project: “Portable Micro USB Mobile Rechargeable Battery Charger” Job Responsibilities: Aim was to build an external rechargeable battery charger to charge Mobile Phones. The Vout should be 5.5V & Iout should be 500mA. It should be very small in size & 90% of Efficiency. Developed Hardware based on XR1151 1.2MHz Step up DC/DC Converter, MBRA210LTD-D Schottky Power Rectifier, 4.7uF Inductor. Achieved 87% of Efficiency. Product Specifications: 1. Capacity: 1800mAh to 3000mAh (18650 Package) 2. Input: 5.5V DC 500mA (USB Micro B Connector) 3. Output: 5.5V DC 500mA (USB Type A Connector) 3rd Project: “LED Driver Temperature Control” Job Responsibilities: Aim was to build an external Temperature Control Circuitry which increases the life of 3W, 5W, 7W, and 9W LED bulb bye limiting the current of Existing LED Driver Circuitry w.r.to Temperature. The Brightness change should not be visible to user. Developed Hardware based on LM358 Operational Amplifier as a comparator, 3990 100K Temperature Sensor and SS8050 NPN Transistor. This circuit draws a small current through transistor when temperature gets above 80o C, so that LED cluster get cool. 4th Project: “Home Lighting System” Job Responsibilities: Aim was to build a Handy Home Lighting System work on rechargeable batteries. The System should have five outputs (three 1W, one 3W LED Bulbs and one for Mobile Charging) and IR remote based Dimming Controlling Facility. The Whole System should work for 2 to 3 hours on full load. Prepared Schematic based on PIC16F688 Microcontroller. 5th Project: “Rechargeable Battery Operated Mini 3.5W DC Fan Driver” Job Responsibilities: Aim was to build a DC Fan Driver which Work on Rechargeable Battery. The Vout/Iout should be 5.5V/0.8A with 90% of Efficiency. Developed Hardware based on XR3403 1.2MHz Step up DC/DC Converter with adjustable switch current, MBRA210LTD-D Schottky Power Rectifier, 2.2uF inductor. Achieved 92% of Efficiency. Product Specifications: 1. Capacity: 1800mAh to 3000mAh (18650 Package) 2. Input: 5.5V DC 500mA (Mini Jack Connector) 3.
