• Manage Complaints Management and Document Management
System (DMS) to ensure compliance to ISO 9001(QMS), ISO14001
(EMS), IATF 16949, Chemical in Products Management (CIP) and
all other require regulations.
• Manage compliance of DMS including preparation, review,
approval, distribution, archival, retrieval, issuance, retention &
obsolete.
• Manage daily operation to ascertain of compliance with no
major/critical/audit/inspection related to QMS, EMS &CIP.
• Manage compliance to complaint management including customer
from domestic and overseas customers.
• Management of internal notification, tracking, investigation, review/
approval and completion of complaints received.
• Liaise with Product Team and all relevant departments to ensure
complaints are sufficiently analyzed prior to completing the
investigation.
• Liaise with suppliers to manage accurate and timely complaint
analysis and updates.
• Manage daily operations to ascertain to compliance with no major
/critical audit /inspection related to complaints management.
• External Audit (Customers/ Regulatory) & Internal Audit:
Performing Audit, including preparation of reports and follow up for
implementation of improvement plan.
• Implement improvement for all relevant departments to ensure all
process run smoothly from customer claims.
• Conduct 5S audit to ensure that all department acknowledge the 5S
awareness.
• Handling Camera Sorting Machine + Autopacking for fasteners and
troubleshoot for error proof before initial run.
