From 13th
August 2015 to 10th
February 2016 I was working on a temporary basis for
Dubai Dry Docks World. Prior to this assignment, I worked for Alstom Power from
February 2007 till June 2014. Since July 2016, I am working for Schindler Pars
International, as a NI (New installation) Sales Assistant.

WORK EXPERIENCE
Schindler Pars International LTD (From July 2016 – Till Date)
• Prepares a log sheet for all the business leads and projects, then submits the
same to the Sales Manager
• Receives and logs quotation requests from Main Contractors and Consultants;
and submits to the Sales Manager for allocation to Sales Engineers.
• Prepares pre-qualification documents such as company profile, valid trade
license, company health and safety procedures, QA/QC policy and other
necessary documents as an attachment to the offer letter prepared by the Sales
Engineer.
• Organize the presentation of all the necessary documents for the technical
submittals such as completed form of tender, bill of quantities, commercial and
technical deviation, program for sub-contractor’s work, method of construction,
names and qualifications of key personnel, schedule of manpower, schedule of
plant and equipment and other tender documents.
• Updates and monitors the status of all the business leads and projects.
• Submit a monthly progress report of the business leads and projects to the Sales
Director.
• Provides assistance to the Sales Manager and Sales Engineer with their
administrative tasks.
DUBAI DRY DOCKS WORLD (Client: National Drilling Company): From 13th

Job Description:
Reporting to Project Manager/Project Engineer
Duties include:
• Assisting the Project Manager with organizing all communication and
correspondence documentation to facilitate project work
• Updating manpower position and work allocation reports daily as received from
Site Engineers
• Corresponding on behalf of Project Director with Main Contractor, Client,
Consultant, and Sub-contractors
• Attending telephone calls from Head Office, Consultant, Main Contractor, and
other project sites under Project Director's control
• Maintaining staff attendance, daily reports, worker attendance, and personnel
correspondence records
• Recording all bills and expenditures related to the project site
• Coordinating with Head Office for basic administrative and maintenance
requirements for site
• Submitting all AS-BUILT drawings, documents, manuals to the Rig.
ALSTOM NORWAY AS : From Feb 2007 till June 2014
(Clients : EMAL, DUBAL, Saudi Electricity Company, Bahrain

Job Description:
Reporting directly to Project Director / Project Manager
Duties Include :
• Maintaining the Database and site documentation filing system.
• Copying and scanning documents to file locations, transferring email attachments
to file locations
• Managing documents take up and resolve and discrepancy observed with the
originator of the transmittal.
• Preparing and maintaining all Logs related to project.
• Controlling all correspondence on as built or red correct documents.
• Ensuring timely distribution and display of all documentation received at the site.
• Maintaining records of each receipt and issue of each document.
• Assisting the tendering team for complying tenders for various upcoming
projects.
• Complying and preparing the Operation & Maintenance manuals.
• Assisting the on-site Travel Team with coordinating the on boarding of new staff,
in addition to coordinating flight and accommodation bookings
• Completing a high volume of filing, photocopying and scanning for the Project
and Travel teams
• Monitoring the site telephone switchboard, answer and distribute calls, liaise with
visitors to site
• Assisting the Purchase Department by sending Purchase Order to suppliers and
following up for Order Confirmations from them.
