Main responsibilities and achievements:
 New greenfield opened very successfully with 0 incompletes or MPM for the customer with a
very good perception from general motors, was considered as benchmark greenfield launch.
 Very good rate of safety incidents during the launch (only 1 accident with medical attention in
logistic area, 0 in production area)
 Very good quality results, in track customer ppm and customer claims, no S/R alerts.
 Implementation of 3rd
shift after SOP in record time without any perturbation to the customer.
