Main responsibilities and achievements:
 New greenfield opened very successfully with 0 incompletes or MPM for the customer with a
very good perception from general motors, was considered as benchmark greenfield launch.
 Very good rate of safety incidents during the launch (only 1 accident with medical attention in
logistic area, 0 in production area)

In chapter of Equipment care (TPM) result of 92%, benchmark world in Faurecia.  Improvement Ideas execution management (more than 1500 improvement ideas executed per year, 78% on time). - Engineer Process N68/B58: May 2009-Mars 2011 (3 persons in dependence) Main responsibilities and achievements:  Plant Maintenance management (breakdowns lost time reduced to less than 0,3 % of total production time)  FES (Faurecia Excellence System) deployment leader for several areas within the plant (TPM, Control plan, Task-transfer…). The plant achieved the 2nd overall best score among all Faurecia plants worldwide, and 1st best score in TPM chapters among all JIT plants. - Quality responsible for seats of new car B97 project: July 2008-May 2009 (4 persons in dependence) - Quality responsible for seats of new car B95 project: January 2007- July 2008 (9 persons in dependence) - Quality responsible for seats of new car B58 project: July 2005 – January 2007 (3 persons in dependence) Main responsibilities and achievements:  Deployment of quality basics in new line  Management of all quality documents of the process: FMEA, Control Plan, OK 1st part, derogation, stop at defect, etc  Implantation of red rabbit (red part) for doing OK1 st part faster and more representative of process (first time done at Faurecia, after become an standard)  Initial samples process of acceptation of all parts of seat => more than 500 refs, approved in several iterations - Production Manager (supervisor): July 2004 – July 2005 (20-30 persons in charge)  Management of a team: management of objectives, training, quality, logistics  Management of polyvalence to minimize the impact of absenteeism.  Management of unions in production.
