knowledge of Microsoft Access, and Microsoft Visio. Also well versed in basic computer tech-
support in hardware and software.

and logical deduction of problems and situations and methods by which to resolve them.
• Daily account transactions on account payable such as process invoices and prepare payment.
• Also daily transactions on account receivable and monitor the cost incurred for each project. •
Prepare weekly report for weekly business meeting. The report contains sales and cost for the
week. • Prepare weekly big project accounting report. • Prepare monthly forecast collection
according to the invoice issued. • Prepare monthly cash movement which consists of sales,
payment and collection. • Prepare monthly payroll report and key in system. • Perform
reconciliation AP, AR and GL between the others subsidiaries. • Able to assist auditor on yearly
account audit. • Any other tasks as assigned by manager. • Very good in computer skills
especially in Microsoft Word and Excel. • Good in SAP
