Duties and responsibilities
• Oracle based system
• Handling of cash, bank receipts & payments, and bank reconciliation statement.
• Maintain parties sales, gdm, vehicles approval, gate passes, budgeting, pls and final accounts
• Maintain contractors accounts and their payments
• Control the cash and the vouching system and processing of payroll
• Handling of cash receipts and payments, and prepare cash reconciliation statements
• Deal with banks for funds transfers and prepare bank reconciliations
• Maintain financial record
• Prepare details of withholding tax and deposit in bank
• Complete e-filing of withholding tax statements on regular basis
• Coordinate in compilation of financial data and provide accurate and up-dated financial
information to donor and senior management on a regular basis
• Provide financial details as may be required for tax purposes and by auditors
• Coordinate external annual and project/programs specific audits
• Coordinate / facilitate internal audit of projects / offices as per the annual audit plan
• Follow up the accounts receivable & payable and arrange their settlements in consultation with

• Preparation of cash and bank payment voucher adjustment of different contractors bills TADA

of advances against different types of bills

• Processing of payroll deduction of house rent allowance, income tax, eobi, hajj deduction, club
fund deduction, provident fund, employee sugar deduction
• Adjustment of advances against salaries, feeding of bank accounts, and addition of servant
allowances, adjustment of attendance. And also preparation of salary voucher(cash)
• Preparation of different kinds of GDM (godown delivery memo) for sugar, sachet, and brown
sugar etc, approval of vehicles, maintains different debtor’s accounts and also reconciliation
statements against each debtor
