I am a Certified IBM Executive level Program Manager also certified by PMI. Seventeen years
experience as a technology professional in mission critical and customer satisfaction driven
environments has been applied to global clients in banking, government, oil and gas, utilities,
industrial sector, transportation and chemical industries. I specialize in the leadership and
management of complex programs including large outsourcing contracts. I have significant

readiness. Brought the Program in 3 months ahead of schedule.
Jun 2015-Oct 2015: Transition/Transformation Executive - Engagement/PreSales
Nov 2013 – Jun 2015: Stockholm, Sweden – Transformation Program Manager for Global
Industrial Service Company (Sandvik)
• Lead Global Transformation for Global Industrial leader including System management, Data
Centre migration, HR people transfer and End User Computing. A total portfolio of 30 T&T
Projects with a budget of 40M US. Leading team of 140 Global resources. TCV 200M US.
Jan 2013 – Nov 2013: Helsinki, Finland – Transition Program Manager for Postal and
Distribution Service company (Itella)
• Lead full Application and Infrastructure outsourcing project including HR transfer of 123 staff,
offshoring to India, infrastructure build and data center relocation workstreams. Involved from
the engagement/sell phase and then on through set up and implementation of Transition.
May 2011 – Dec 2012: Stockholm, Sweden – Transformation Program Manager for a leading
Nordic Bank (Nordea).
• Led team of 85 full time and 35 part time team members in a Program delivering mainframe
upgrade, invoicing update project, new reporting solution (Cognos), ISM/Maximo and Process
re-engineering implementation to ITILv3, configuration management database
implementation, global resourcing outsource to delivery centres in Ireland, Bruno and Czech.
• Program leadership and delivery including planning, staffing, directing, tracking/controlling,
reporting and commercial/financials. Directed the program in co-operation with the customer
team members including third party vendors.
Jan 2011 – May 2011: Goteborg, Sweden (Philadelphia, Shanghai) – Program Manager
for a leading Steel Machine Parts manufacturer (SKF)
• Responsible for set up of Global Program Management Office supporting Global Exit
Mainframe program and supporting projects.
Sept 2008 – Jan 2011: Copenhagen, Denmark – Program Manager for a leading Nordic
Bank (Nordea) dual site data center build, relocation and environment transformation program
for Capital Markets.
 Managed the set up and execution of the program to clean out 2 existing data center sites,
rebuild the sites to required specifications and relocate.
 Program also included projects to upgrade security, internal processes to meet new
requirements in the Capital Markets area.
 Included 12 program tracks with 25+ subprojects, over 150 core staff, $40 M budget.
May 2007 – Sept 2008: Copenhagen, Denmark – Transformation Manager for a leading
Danish payment banking company (PBS/NETS) on a full scope IT outsourcing deal.
• Managed delivery for all projects in the Transformation Program including onboarding of
transferred staff, mainframe/midrange relocations, network solution and implementation,
disaster recovery, service management (process design and implementation), and asset
management. Program included 25+ projects and 65 staff).
May 2005 – May 2007: Stockholm, Sweden - Deputy Transformation Manager for a
leading Nordic Bank (Nordea) full scope joint venture outsourcing.
• Managed delivery for all projects in the Transformation Program (25+ projects, 140 staff, 4
Nordic countries, $50 M budget). Scope included: Creating new dual data centres, build of
new network and support infrastructure, migrating and consolidating over 4000 Open
Systems, Help Desk Consolidation, Desktop Optimisation, ISV Software Conversions, NT 4.0
Upgrade (+30000 systems), Security Standardization, Systems/Server Management
upgrades/standardization, Asset Management and Process Improvement.
• Lead continuous improvement of project management maturity and enhancement of project
delivery quality. Provided orientations, coaching, and consulting to Project Managers.
Initiated PM training program.
Mar 2004-May 2005: Stockholm, Sweden - Projects Portfolio Manager for leading Nordic
Bank (Nordea).
• Established and implemented Portfolio Management plan for over 70 initiatives (took over 70
‘in flight’ projects from the customer). Conducted project reviews to rationalize, optimize and
make recommendations on project portfolio.
• Established and institutionalized project management processes/methods within the account.
(set up project controls, measurements, standardized reporting processes at all levels).
• Established ‘in-house’ project management mentoring/training program. (fostering skill
