When I first attended 3rd Level Education a part of the syllabus called Communication was replaced with something called “IT” (and no I’m not that old but makes you think the pace of change we've lived through in this industry..…). I’m a clear supporter of the digital revolution but an even keener supporter of people and process first, providing clear goals and systems to leverage the best of technology. It’s unrealistic to believe you can be good at everything all the time, 25 years in the Industry has shown me that. So asking for help at the right time is a key skill to have or develop.
