01.03.2015 and was employed with us until 30.11.2015.
ESCAD DESIGN is an international lea1ing provider for innovative products, technologies
and services. The company has its headquarters in Pfullendorf, Germany and has other
branches across the country and currently employs approximately 245 employees. Our
experienced engineers and technicians work on complex projects in the automotive industry,
general engineering, as well as in the aviation and aerospace industry.
In his area of activity, Mr. Dorneanu was appointed as a Designing Engineer for our client
Airbus in Hamburg. His areas of responsibility included:

We would like to state that Mr. Dorneanu has excellent expertise and ample experience. He
was always very successful in expanding his professional knowledge on his own initiative.
Mr. Dorneanu has quick comprehension combined with pronounced and well - structured
thought processes that allow his to react flexibly and swiftly to problems. Thank·s to his
perseverance and positive working attitude, he was able to cope even with heavy workloads
at all times. In addition, he always fulfilled the tasks delegated to his extremely systematically
as well as independently.

He distinguished himself with great dedication and willingness. He also always assumed
additional responsibility and delivered on schedule.
The quality of his work was consistent land exceptionally high. Mr. Dorneanu consistently
fulfilled his role to our complete satisfactiIn in every respect.
Due to his cooperative and amiable nat re, his working relationship with his superiors and
colleagues was always very good. His attitude towards our clients was always exemplary.
Unfortunately, our decision to terminate ~he contract today is purely for operational reasons.
We deeply regret his leaving and express our gratitude for his excellent performance at all
times. We wish Mr Dorneanu all the best for the future both in his professional and private
life.
