from areas that are just dirty or have staining. Categorize damage as localized or scattered

repairing FPSO.
 Involve in passive fire protection inspection activities.

 Prepare “inspection & test plan” (ITP) for specific project / company requirements/
 surface preparation and painting / coating procedure
 To verify surface preparation, coating thickness as per requirement.
 Hot dip galvanizing coating inspection in galvanizing plant.
 Execute Painting / coating inspection work as per company / project inspection test
plan.
 To check and monitor all painting / coating related works and ensure all final products

of test as stated on approved ITP such as FAT, Hydro test, Incoming material both piping
include valve, mechanical pressure vessels including pump and structural. Conduct Inspection
Line check on Piping line, Mechanical Equipment’s and Structure member, created new punch
list, and punch clearing in Mechanical completion.

Project: Decommissioning of Lewek Arunothai FPSO
Location: ST marine yard, Singapore
Client: PTT Exploration and Production Public Company Ltd (PTTEP)
The dismantling work scope covers the following activities:
 The FPSO facility made safe, disconnected and removed from the work site;
 Divers disconnect the risers from both inlet PLEM and export PLEM;
 Recovery of subsea facilities; and
 Onshore Waste Management.
I am based at ST Marine shipyard and was involved in structural and A-frame, fabrication,
testing and installation of diving support systems on-board Lewek Falcon; a multi-purpose
support vessel commissioned to provide ROV support and Surveying, for its de-commissioning
operations at PTTEP’s field at Thailand. He also monitors inspection on fabrication, testing
and installation of ROV, lifting support system.
