 Ensure that corrective action, deviationsand concessions are closed
off (close loop).
 Raise ECR’s where required.
 MaintainSPC charts and react where necessary.
 Conduct product audits and report accordingly.
 Initiate upgrades/changes to QS Manualwhere necessary.
 Liaise with departments concerned regarding defective
materials/products.
S.H.E.
 Ensure that the OHS Act requirements are compliedwith as detailed
in the safety manual.
 Investigate and follow up on incident/accidentreports.
 Conduct housekeepingaudits and take necessary corrective actions.
Maintenance
 Ensure plant and equipmentis well maintainedto meet targets.
 Provide necessary support to the maintenancedepartment to speed
up repairs.
