As Logistics and ProductioncontrolManager I oversee a team of 10. Order Entry,CSR,
Scheduling, Purchasing, Receiving, Warehousing, Shipping, Assembly, Repackaging and Lean
practices are all within the Logistics Department. Participation in Strategic Planning, Budgeting,
Monthly Financial Reviews, KPItracking and Reporting, are all integrated withthe role. Most
recently I have begun filling out the MMOG/LE and correctiveaction plans. Verification and
coding of freight invoices and purchased component invoices. Creation of parts, routings, and
