Rainbow Chefs provides instructors with a "Chef Box" containing materials needed for cooking classes and events. The Chef Box is checked out to instructors and must be returned to Rainbow Chefs at the end of an assignment with all items accounted for. Rainbow Chefs reserves the right to withhold pay or charge instructors for any missing or damaged items from the Chef Box, which contains $225 worth of materials and equipment. All contents of the Chef Box remain the property of Rainbow Chefs.

CHEFS BOXES
Alleventzz Inc. dba Rainbow Chefs provides its instructors
with a “Chef Box” containing all of the salient materials
needed to best deliver classes and events. The “Chef Box”
is CHECKED OUT to instructors and must be delivered back to
RAINBOW CHEFS INC. in its entirety at the end of an
assignment (including but not limited to end of session,
semester, camp and/or school year), departure of an
instructor, termination of agreement and at the discretion
of RAINBOW CHEFS INC. Management. The “Chef Box”, in its
entirety is worth $225.00. All items in the “Chef Box” are
checked out to YOU THE INSTRUCTOR. Rainbow Chefs Inc.
reserves the right to withhold pay or charge Instructors
for any and all missing or damaged materials (outside the
course of normal wear and tear as defined by individual
item warranties). All contents of the Chef Boxes are
property of Alleventzz Inc. dba Rainbow Chefs.
