Manage project implementation processes according to project
work plan.

Organize and supervise elections of the County Accountability
Network, Constituency Monitoring Committee members,
Community Health Action Groups and other community
groups; and oversee their activities.
Train County Accountability Networks and Constituency
Monitoring Committees on County Budget Process and

Coordinate research, analyze data, produce reports, disseminate
the reports by organizing and presiding over public forums; and
conduct follow-ups.
