 Manage project implementation processes according to project
work plan.
 Supervise the Project Assistants
 Supervise the call centre officers
 Organize and supervise elections of the County Accountability
Network, Constituency Monitoring Committee members,
Community Health Action Groups and other community
groups; and oversee their activities.
 Train County Accountability Networks and Constituency
Monitoring Committees on County Budget Process and
monitoring and evaluation skills.
 Initiate, develop and maintain partnerships, relations and
networks with development partners and other stakeholders e.g.
National Government, County Governments, donors, NGOs,
CBOs and citizens.
 Liaise with Government officials and other stakeholders during

the School Report Card Project.

 Coordinate research, analyze data, produce reports, disseminate
the reports by organizing and presiding over public forums; and
conduct follow-ups.
