CAREER SUMMARY
A goal and result-oriented Development Professional qualified through learning by doing and practical field
experience. Approx. 25 years' experience in developing, leading, designing, managing and budgeting large
development projects in the areas of building resilience, social development, social protection, Cash
transfer through Mobile, community rights & empowerment, , WASH, and livelihoods development with poor
& extreme poor households. Currently working as Infrastructure Coordinator with Maxwell Stamp PLC for
Chars Livelihoods Programme-CLP (£80 million program), jointly funded by DFID, UK & DFAT, Australia.
CLP works for extreme poverty reduction in island char villages of 10 northern districts of Bangladesh. Also
have experience to work in Integrated Food Security Program with CARE-Bangladesh funded by USAID.

senior management position at CLP)
Major responsibilities:
• Lead, plan, manage, budget and report under Unit projects of livelihoods through climate change
resilience, Stipend transfer through mobile, employment through CFW, WASH to ensure that these
are carried out within annual budget (average 220 million BDT/ year) and achieve CLP Log frame
outputs and outcomes.
• Develop project summary, design new/ pilot project, scale up these initiatives and prepare
Requests for Proposals, Terms of Reference and annual budget.
• Manage and guide 17 partner NGOs and 23 CLP mid-senior level staffs in 7 CLP District office and
indirectly 137 staffs in partner organization.
• Assign management responsibility to Unit staffs, set objectives, agree on priorities, provide

• Support & work closely with M&E and Communications Unit for continuous improvement of project

• Covered 77,145 household under disaster resilience through plinth rising above flood line.
• Created employment opportunities of 67,445 vulnerable female and male through CFW.
• Restructured CLP WASH interventions and achieved improved WASH outcomes.
• Transferred monthly stipend of 27,870 participants through mobile jointly with bkash
• Established and capacity building to 250 community group for sustainability of WASH.
