CULTURE HEALTH CHECK
Sample Questions
Using an organisation-wide survey, we examine the ‘health’ of an organisation’s culture and potential impact
on business performance by providing a diagnosis, highlighting which factors (viruses) have the potential to
‘Kill’ your Performance and those which will ‘Slow you Down’.
Questions allow the respondent to indicate where they think their organisation sits across a broad range of principles,
samples of which are shown here:
Questions focused on viruses which will ‘kill’ your performance
i.e. Low personal integrity
Results at all costs
Individual greed
Unclear purpose & direction
Dysfunctional top team
Inwards focus
Questions focused on viruses which will ‘slow you down’
i.e. Stress
Slow decision making
Lack of trust/collaboration
Politics

Questions examine: how company values and
behaviours are applied across an organisation; how
results are viewed and achieved and how salaries and
compensation schemes are structured and applied.
Questions examine: sickness and absenteeism;
decision-making; how titles and seniority are viewed
and applied; people’s motives and levels of trust;
accountability, respect and consideration

CULTURE HEALTH CHECK Sample Questions Using an organisation-wide survey, we examine the ‘health’ of an organisation’s culture and potential impact on business performance by providing a diagnosis, highlighting which factors (viruses) have the potential to ‘Kill’ your Performance and those which will ‘Slow you Down’.
