prokletstva, pogrde i časti, tuge i radosti, tišine i
zbunjenosti, licemjerja i istine, siromaštva i
bogatstva; ali ima jedno raspoloženje,
neiskvareno i čisto, prema svim ljudima.
38 Nema dvostrukog vida ni dvostrukog sluha;
jer u svemu što čini, ili govori, ili vidi, zna da
Gospodin gleda na njegovu dušu.
39 I čisti svoj um da ga ne osude ljudi kao i
Bog.
40 I na sličan način djela Beliara su dvostruka, i
u njima nema pojedinačnosti.
41 Zato, djeco moja, kažem vam, bježite od
zlobe Beliara; jer on daje mač onima koji mu se
pokoravaju.
42 A mač je majka sedam zala. Najprije um
zamišlja kroz Beliara, a prvo dolazi do
krvoprolića; drugo propasti; treće, nevolja;
četvrto, progonstvo; peto, nestašica; šesto,
panika; sedmo, uništenje.
43 'Stoga je i Kajin bio predan sedam osveta od
Boga, jer svakih stotinu godina Gospod je
pustio jednu pošast na njega.

balegu i blato, nego suši i jedno i drugo i tjera
zao miris; tako i čisti um, iako je obuhvaćen
4. nečistoćama zemlje, radije ih čisti i sam nije
okaljan.
4 I ja vjerujem da će među vama također biti
zlih djela, prema riječima Henoka pravednika:
da ćete počiniti blud s bludom Sodome, i nestat
ćete, svi osim nekolicine, i obnovit ćete
razvratna djela sa ženama ; i kraljevstvo
Gospodnje neće biti među vama, jer će ga
odmah uzeti.
5 Ipak će hram Božji biti u vašem dijelu, a
posljednji hram bit će slavniji od prvoga.
6 I dvanaest će se plemena skupiti ondje, i svi
pogani, sve dok Svevišnji ne pošalje svoje
spasenje u posjetu jedinorođenog proroka.
7 I On će ući u prvi hram, i ondje će Gospodina
razgnjeviti, i bit će uzdignut na drvo.
8 I zastor na hramu će se razderati, i Duh će
Božji prijeći na pogane kao oganj izliven.
9 I on će uzaći iz Hada i prijeći sa zemlje na
nebo.
10 I znam kako će biti nizak na zemlji, a kako
slavan na nebu.
11 Dok je Josip bio u Egiptu, žudio sam vidjeti

24 Ako, dakle, djeco moja, budete hodili u
svetosti prema zapovijedima Gospodnjim, opet
ćete prebivati sigurno sa mnom, i sav će Izrael
biti sabran k Gospodinu.
25 I neću se više zvati vuk grabljivac zbog
vaših pustošenja, nego radnik Gospodnji koji
dijeli hranu onima koji čine dobro.
26 I ustat će u posljednjim danima jedan
miljenik Gospodnji, iz plemena Judina i Levija,
izvršitelj Njegove volje u svojim ustima, s
novim znanjem koje prosvjetljuje pogane.
27 Do svršetka svijeta on će biti u sinagogama
pogana i među njihovim vladarima, kao zvuk
glazbe u ustima svih.
28 I bit će zapisan u svetim knjigama, i djelo i
riječ njegova, i bit će izabranik Božji zauvijek.
5. 29 I kroz njih će ići amo-tamo kao Jakov, moj
otac, govoreći: On će dopuniti ono što
nedostaje tvome plemenu.
30 Rekavši to, ispruži noge.
31 I umrije u lijepom i dobrom snu.
32 Njegovi sinovi učiniše kako im je naredio, i
uzeše njegovo tijelo i pokopaše ga u Hebronu s
njegovim očevima.
33 Broj dana njegova života bijaše stotinu
dvadeset i pet godina.
