altitudes above 1700m. Beans grown at this height are rare & of exceptional
quality. Their dense nature comes from a slower growing period & a deprivation
of oxygen that combine to intensify the flavours.

Zanzibar has a rich history of trading spices & coffee and this blend highlights
the East African beans traditionally sourced from this region. Though

3. Three very rich flavoured origins are used in this blend. The main content is
the sweet, unique Costa Rican which is needed to balance the punch of the
Ugandan & intensity of the Robusta. They are all processed on farm using
“natural” or “honey process” methods. The result is a coffee of rich intensity
& body with mild acidity.
