Easy Rider comes from Finca La Victoria, in the Marcala
region in Honduras. A famous coffee region in this country,
that already received several prizes for their great quality
coffees. The farm is located around the Montecillos
mountains, at altitudes between 1200 and 1600 meters.
Finca La Victoria is part of the COMSA cooperation. In
this cooperation, 69 members work together to grow and
process 100% organic coffee. COMSA is constantly working
towards new innovative methods, while putting great
emphasis on preservation of flora and fauna.
The Story
The farmers promote diversification of crops and
biodiversity; citrus fruits and bananas are grown in direct
proximity to the coffee.
The coffee of Finca La Victoria is almost entirely shade
grown, causing the cherries to develop over an extended
period of time, which intensifies the flavours in the cup.
The coffee from Finca La Victoria has been processed with
the washed method, which creates very clean and sweet
taste. One that everyone loves to drink!
