The combination of those three create a funky, sweet yet acidic cup.
The story
This coffee is grown at the Fatima
farm, part of the Nossa Senhora de
Fatima group in the Cerrado region.
The group contains eight coffee
farms, spread across 1700 hectares
of land. About a third is filled with
several varieties of coffee plants,
the rest is used for cultivating other
crops as rice, corn and bananas, as
well as for reforestation purposes.
The Gusto mainly consists of
natural processed coffees, of which
this Brazil is one. You can nicely
taste this in the blend: the Fatima
gives it delicious notes of chocolate
and berries.
Kayon Mountain is located in
the forest in Sidamo, a famous
Ethiopian coffee region. The farm
is owned by several families, all
having years of experience in the
coffee industry. Half of the hectares
contains coffee, while the other half
is used for cabbage and shadow
plants, to protect the coffee from
the sun. This way, the cherries can
ripen for a longer period of time, in
order to develop more and richer
flavors.
The naturally processed Kayon
Mountain brings in tones of berries
and milk chocolate and gives
the blend some extra creamy
sweetness.
Suke Quto was found in 2005, in
Sidamo by Tesfaye. He wanted to
grow coffee in an environmentally
friendly way, in the shades of the
surrounding forests. With success,
the farm has already grown from 5
to 221 hectares! Tesfaye strives to
constantly improve the quality of
his coffee, also together with green
buyer Trabocca. They have an
office in Ethiopia, from where they
support and experiment together
with Tesfaye.
Year after year we’re stunned by
the quality Suke Quto produces. In
this blend, Suke Quto adds sweet
tones of milk chocolate and fruits.

Kayon Mountain is located in the forest in Sidamo, a famous Ethiopian coffee region. The farm is owned by several families, all having years of experience in the coffee industry. Half of the hectares contains coffee, while the other half is used for cabbage and shadow plants, to protect the coffee from the sun. This way, the cherries can ripen for a longer period of time, in order to develop more and richer flavors. The naturally processed Kayon Mountain brings in tones of berries and milk chocolate and gives the blend some extra creamy sweetness. Suke Quto was found in 2005, in Sidamo by Tesfaye. He wanted to grow coffee in an environmentally friendly way, in the shades of the surrounding forests. With success, the farm has already grown from 5 to 221 hectares! Tesfaye strives to constantly improve the quality of his coffee, also together with green buyer Trabocca. They have an office in Ethiopia, from where they support and experiment together with Tesfaye. Year after year we’re stunned by the quality Suke Quto produces. In this blend, Suke Quto adds sweet tones of milk chocolate and fruits.
