This document compares Volante Natural EVOO to extra virgin olive oil and virgin olive oil. Volante Natural EVOO is made from 100% Arbequina olives that are pressed within 6 hours of harvesting in Spain. It has high levels of vitamins and antioxidants with less than 0.15% acidity. The oil has bright green color with intense herbaceous and fruity aromas that blend well in cooking and taste.
