E-mail is electronic mail that allows messages to be sent between computers connected over a network. An e-mail address has two parts: a username and domain name. To send e-mail requires an internet connection, sender and receiver e-mail accounts, and message content. Creating an e-mail account on sites like Gmail or Yahoo involves opening a browser, going to the site, clicking "Create Email Account", filling out a form, and clicking "Create My Account". Managing e-mail includes signing in to your account, viewing messages in the inbox, and replying, forwarding, or composing new messages.
