- #4 2D barcodes that any camera-enabled mobile device can read (including iPad)(images from studies; referenced at end of PPT)Standard barcodes only store information horizontally. QR codes store information horizontally and vertically. This allows for more complex commands to be built into the coding (ex: browse the internet, send emails, instant message, find directions)
