To change the effects and color of a video clip, click the clip and select "clip adjustments", then click "video effect" to choose from a selection of possible adjustments like "vignette". Once an effect is selected, it will be successfully applied and visible on the "video effect" tab.

Creating clip effects
- 2. In order to change the effects and colour of the clip, I clicked the clip I wanted to amend and clicked on ‘clip adjustments’.
- 3. Once that option had been selected, the above screen was shown. I clicked on ‘video effect’ in order to be able to change the setting of the clip.
- 4. A selection of possible adjustments to the clip was then shown. I selected ‘vignette’.
- 5. Finally I can see on the ‘video effect’ tab, my chosen effect has been successfully selected.
