Brad Briscoe presented on creating a culture of UX innovation through development communities and sub-communities. He outlined the current fragmented state and proposed formalizing sub-communities for different architecture patterns to improve knowledge sharing. This would include assigning chairs, having dedicated membership, and conducting code/design reviews. The sub-communities would collaborate under an overarching development community forum to further share insights across teams. Implementation would require Application Delivery commitment and defining membership, communication plans, and timelines. The goal is to mature development practices through collaborative sharing.
