She completed her bachelor science at SIR P.P.
Institute of science, Bhavnagar in 2006.
She completed her M.Sc. In 2008 at Department
of mathematics ,Bhavnagar university.
At present she is working at our institute since
last 3 year.
5. WAY OF TAKING CHALLENGES
Challenges are part and parcel of life. Never
ignore your work in difficult situation.
She always take challenges as opportunities.
She provides an example that she have one
weak class, But due to her efforts she deeply
interact with students and get better result than
past.

In her golden period of teaching, her
contribution to organization is to give best
teaching to students and to build good relation
with students and other faculty.
Her contribution to society is to develop
responsible students and to do her government
job with full of dedication.

VISION
Her short term vision is to motivate students in
such a way so that they are not only exam
conscious, but also interested in gaining clear
and deep knowledge.
Her long term vision is to become good lecturer
and guide.
8. JOB SATISFACTION
She says external and internal satisfaction both
are equally important. External satisfaction
encourage us to do new things and internal
satisfaction gives inner contentment and
develop self confidence.
9. According to her, person becoming successful
employ due to their field of interest, self
confidence and communication skill. She take her
work as new establishment. If her juniors are not
working properly, then she inspired them by
doing her work in better way.
