The only difference is that I conduct more active directory work, be creating users, adding permissions to security groups and creating email accounts in exchange. As well as checking quarantine mails and releasing them if safe to do so using Fortimail. Entire CubeRoot1 contract to Redefine ends on the 31st of August 2016 all of us were Retrenched. Currently looking for new employment.

Technology.
I have critical thinking skills beneficial in this position. I have problem solving skills
associated with the following systems; Windows 9x, XP, Vista, 7 and their applications.
Also, I can format and partition a hard drive for installation. In the past, I have built and run
my own computer system. I am familiar with (input/output) IO devices, bios settings,
repairing system files and the master boot files. My skills also include the ability to
troubleshoot event viewer, browser, system, software and hardware issues. I also have some
programming, technical, networking, device management, project management, database,
and security. I learned how to setup and install devices, drivers, software, hardware,
motherboards, processors, power units and memory cards.
I currently have been working at NCR “National Cash Registers” since Dec 15, 2015. At
this position I install hardware and some software images for PCs, retail terminals, retail and
office printers, and servers. This job requires a lot of time and parts management with a good
dose of navigating as part of the work day.
At Cub Foods in St. Paul I worked as a Customer Service Manager. I also use problem
solving skills regularly at Cub Foods. I often instruct cashiers on user skills at Cub Foods.
My most valuable skill is multitasking and this skill involves the handling of phone calls,
terminal failures, money handling, fixing cashier issues, and helping the customers.
I have completed my degree, BS IT/NTC (Bachelor of Science in Information Technology -
Networking & Telecommunications) at University of Phoenix.
During my enlistment in the Army National Guard, I obtained the rank of Sergeant E-5 and
have been honorably discharged for about 5 years now. While in the National Guard I
gained skills in leadership, organization, discipline and the ability work as a team player.
I am willing to learn any skill or memorize any amount of information for this position.
