Thank you for spending time to know me better.
Over the past 9+ years, I have led working with Global Brands, as a seasoned Customer
Experience Professional with a track record in driving forward business strategies by leveraging
technology, balancing risk with intuition. I have worn multiple hats in in Customer Onboarding,
Retention, Adoption, Service Delivery, Project Management, Training and Relationship
Management. I can recognize key trade-offs and constantly challenging the status quo. In my
recent experience, I was successful to close on incoming bids via RFP’s thereby generating
revenue and verified outcome from Lucid’s ‘Global Key Accounts’.
Passionate about managing solution strategy, product offerings, adoption and provide proactive
support to customers for ARR creating long term loyalty. Solutions driven professional with
extensive experience in management and building teams in operations from scratch, growing
business in new markets and explore business opportunities to generate revenue.
I specialize in E2E Customer Experience, Contact Center Operations, Project Management,
Selling, Operations Management & Business Strategy. Successfully delivered on automation
projects resulting to reduction of bad demand. Greatly accustomed with North American clients
as delivered services and solutions across the North Americas. With a keen-eye for detail I can
help you scale your business without much hand-holding.
