There are several movies based off Mary Shelly s science fiction novel Frankenstein.
Two of these movies include: the 1931 adaptation of Frankenstein, and the 1994
adaptation titled Mary Shelley s Frankenstein. Though both movies are based off the
same book, like many others, they vary from both each other and the movie.

In 1892 Congress got involved and passed a bill allowing pensions to the civil war
nurses. As well as the approval from congress the civil war was the change from
nursing done primarily in the home to nursing be done in hospitals. Post civil war
hospitals were built in great numbers and nursing schools began. The nurses were
comparable to nuns as they were not allowed to marry and stayed in nurses homes
