OBJECTIVES
6. THE IMPORTANCE OF IMAGE
WOULD YOU HIRE THIS MAN?
NO.
While it is good to incorporate colors in one’s outfit, this outfit
has too much colors. As observed, the suit is that of a colorful
pinstripe, the neckerchief is printed and colored, the inner
shirt is also colored—multiple colors thrown in one outfit.
The entire look isn’t only unflattering for its wearer but it also
makes the man appear unprofessional and not credible so
should this man be hired as a representative of one’s
company, customers and clients might think that the entire
company is as unprofessional and not credible.
7. THE IMPORTANCE OF IMAGE
• Looking your best is important because you never get a second chance
to make a first impression
• First impressions may be formed in less than a minute.
• We all make assumptions based on what we see. You do not have to say
anything , your clothes will communicate the message(your clothes will
do the talking)
8. THE IMPORTANCE OF IMAGE
YOUR CLOTHING BECOMES A
SEAMLESS INTEGRATION OF WHO
YOU ARE AND WHAT YOU WANT
CLOTHING IS THE MOST
POWERFUL NON-VERBAL

USE IT TO YOUR ADVANTAGE.

10. WHAT ARE WE DOING?
Image Congruence is a tool to get ahead. It
can be achieved through Corporate Image
Consulting.
Corporate Image Consultation specializes
in creating avenues to strengthen corporate
image and branding in each individual
worker, helping them achieve their
company’s corporate image by working on
personal appearance, wardrobe and
grooming as well as developing skills that will
allow them to reach personal goals that are
beneficial to both the company and the
individual.
11. COMPONENTS OF IMAGE CONGRUENCE
A) IDENTIFICATION OF GOALS AND EXPECTATIONS
Taking from a company’s mission-vision and its desired corporate image, we
create a fresh, unique and company-centric image schema.
Here, the company’s goals and expectations are identified and are heavily
integrated.
In relation, the company’s short-term and long-term goals and expectations
are taken in consideration during Corporate Image Consulting.
12. COMPONENTS OF IMAGE CONGRUENCE
B) PROJECTION OF VISUAL MESSAGE
Every company, every business has their own mission-vision, which projects
their corporate image, affecting how clients, costumers, competitors and
society perceive them.
A company’s corporate image heavily relies on the individuals that make up
each company—individuals that serve as the most practical representation to
a company’s mission-vision. With that said, it is vital for employees to reflect
his company’s corporate image at all times in the best possible way.
Does your company want to project professionalism and credibility? How
about innovation and leadership? If so, this message can be brought about
visually—through your employees overall image meaning their hair, make-up,
grooming, uniform, etiquette edge etc.
13. COMPONENTS OF IMAGE CONGRUENCE
C) PERCEPTION
How one is perceived, how one perceives himself and how one would like to be
perceived are three different things. During Corporate Image Consulting any
disconnect among the three types of perceptions are adjusted to create a strong
Image Congruence.

22. CONCLUSION
As their take home, employees under the Corporate Image Consulting trainings will receive
various handouts to give them a refresher of the curriculum they were enrolled under, serving as
a reminder for their goals and aiding them in achieving their desired visual message and how
they want to be perceived
• This will begin with the visual and written documentation of the general ‘work’ look of the
employees and of their uniforms
• This will be followed by the distribution of questionnaires to survey the employees on the
matter
• Upon the collation and tally of questionnaires as preceded by the visual and written
documentation of the company’s current and working Image, an official Image Assessment
will be issued and presented to clients
• Once official ‘work’ look and uniform has been decided upon, employees will be given out
hand outs with step-by-step instructions on how to do their ‘work’ hair and make-up, the do’s
and don’t’s for proper grooming and business etiquette etc. as well as their before and after
